(Madilyn's POV) After I finished changing I grabbed my red backpack and walked out of my room. I saw Mal and Evie walking out of their room. "Hey guys!" I said as I walked up "Hey Madi" Evie said "What's your guys first class?" I asked "Um Chemistry" Mal said "Auradon History" Evie said "Aw dang I've got English first" I said "I'll see you at Remedial goodness then!" I said before skipping off "Bye Madi!" I heard Evie say. I skipped off to English opening the door and seeing a bunch of prissy pink princesses and as Evie calls them "perfect" princes. I then saw a familiar face. I walked over to the table he was sitting at. "Is this seat taken?" I asked and he looked up at me. "Oh no!" Ben said before I sat down next to him "So what should I expect?" I asked "We'll probably end up doing a writing assignment on the book we're reading" he said and I nodded "oh you probably haven't read the book. Um I can get the teacher to give you an extension so you can read it" Ben said "What book is it?" I asked "Romeo and Juliet from Shakespeare" Ben said and I smiled at him "I've read that book! Well the pages that weren't ripped out on the Isles bookshop but it's my favorite!" I said "Really? Oh that's awesome" Ben said As class continued we wrote a few pages about it before we left. A few periods later it was lunch. Me and Carlos went to lunch together since he was in my class right before it. I grabbed a tray and started putting food on it. I walked over to a table and people rushed to put books or their bags on the seats next to them so they didn't have to sit next to me. "Wow" I said before walking to a table in the back. Carlos joined me and then Jay then Mal and Evie came over together. "These people are so rude. They're acting like we're criminals" I said before taking a bite out of the apple on my tray "It's cause we kinda are" Jay said and I rolled my eyes. "It's fine. Once we get the wand we'll be in control and everything will go our way" Mal said quietly so only the five of us could hear. I saw Ben walk over to us and stop in front of the table. "Hey guys" Ben said smiling and we all waved "how's school going so far?" "Meh" I said taking another bite of my apple "Well just remember if you need anything you can ask me" He said and we just nodded our heads "Okay um I'll see you later" he said before walking back to his table next to Audrey. "I can't wait till that happens" I said staring at Audrey and Ben with jealousy on my face. A little while later we were in Remedial goodness class. Evie and Mal were sitting together and across from them was Jay and Carlos then behind them was me. Evie was touching up her makeup, Mal was drawing and the boys just looked bored out of their minds. And I was drawing the new design for a hat. "If someone hands you a crying baby, do you A) curse it? B) Lock it in a tower? C) Give it a bottle? Or D) Carve our it's heart?" Fairy godmother said talking as if we were babies. Evie raised her hand confidently "Evie" Fairy godmother pointed to her "What was the second one again?" She asked and I sighed "Oh, Okay. Anyone else?" Fairy godmother said but no one raised their hands "Madilyn?" She said and I looked up "Um C) Give it a bottle" I said before looking back down at my paper "Correct, again" FG said smiling "You are on fire girl" Carlos said "She's just picking the one that doesn't sound like any fun" Mal said "Ohh" "That makes so much sense" Evie said "No I'm not" I said and they all looked at me even FG. "You do know my dads not evil right? He's just entirely bonkers" I said smiling. Everyone turned back and I went back to my paper. Soon a girl came in. She had a short brown bob with a blue bow and she was wearing a blue dress Probably FG's daughter I thought. She sheepishly ran past us to FG. "Oh hello dear one" Fairy godmother said "Hi, you need to sign off early dismissal for the coronation" the girl said handing FG a clipboard while still cautiously watching the five of us "You all remember my daughter Jane" FG said Called it "Mom no!" Jane said "It's okay. Jane this is everyone" FG said turning her daughter towards us. I have a slight wave even though I was barley paying attention to her. "Hi. That's okay don't mine me. As you were" She said before rushing out "Ahem. Let's continue. You find a vial of poison do you A) Put it in the kings wine?" Fairy godmother started as I saw Evie slightly rise "B) Paint it on an apple" she continued as Evie giggles at the answer "or C) turn it into the proper authorities" Fairy godmother finished as Evie, Jay and Carlos's hands shoot up. Jay grabs Carlos's arm and forcing it down. I rolled my eyes and continued sketching. "Jay" Fairy godmother pointed to him "C) you turn it into the proper authorities" Jay said confidently "I was gonna say that" Carlos pouted "Oh but I said it first" Jay said before he started play fighting with Carlos. I rolled my eyes once again. "Boys" FG said hitting her pointer on a podium to get their attention "boys" she said a bit louder causing them to look at her "I'm going to encourage you to use that energy on the tourney field" she said and they both looked at each other "Oh no that's okay. Whatever that is we'll pass" Carlos said. We continued class and soon the bell rang and we all gathered our stuff and started leaving.
