12/New Years

It's been a day since me and mads when on a date, I took her too my favourite spot here and in return she took me to this flower field which would be weird for a date in December but in cali it's sunny forever.

We were having fun she's pretty a cool, if you told me I would be almost more than friends with her when I got here I wouldn't believe you but what can I say things happen.

Right now we're at the sway house for another party for new years ofcourse, it was the last day of year so why not enjoy it with my crazy friends.

"he misses you know" Jordan stated as he nodded towards Vinnie bringing me out of my thoughts, we have talked before but not much, he stood next to me drinking whatever was in his cup, us both leaning on a wall in the room observing everyone.

"what would make you said that" I looked over at him with a subtle confused face.

"I dont know how to explain it but he's been off edge since ur fight, if I can call it that" he said with a soft smile followed by a laugh.

"hmm" I sounded thinking about the words that just came out of one of his bestfriend's mouth as a stared at blonde guy across the room.

"okay let's get this party started" bryce shouted pumped as always holding his camera obviously filming for this YouTube, Josh standing next to him doing the same.

Kio started passing out alcohol after we all took our seats on the floor once again like we always do when we play this game.

"have you ever done like steroids or any type of like enhancement or..." taylor asked Bryce "You got me there" he started laughing, "because if I drink that means yes and if I do answer I tell you, yes i did"

Everyone started laughing and making noise at his humorous answer, "and so has many other people, so fuck you" he held up him middle fingers smiling before taking a drink even though his answered.

Josh's alarm goes off for the third time, he has a timer every 10 minutes so they can shotgun for they video.

"hey Layla you wanna join in on this" Josh asked from the other side of the room, I shaked my head lightly and got up making my way over to them.

I glanced around the room and noticed vinnie wasn't there, the numbers on the screen starting to count down, every one was now standing up shouting the count down together, as I sat on the floor looking up at them, until I felt a warm hand with cold rings slowly made it's way around my throat.

I tilt my head up to see his face hovering over me his blonde hair hanging down at me, he had something in this mouth, I could tell by his puffed cheeks.

He moved his thumb up to my lip pulling my bottom lip down forcing my mouth open, as I looked up at his face admiring his features as he starred down at me.

He opened his mouth letting all of the liquid in his flow into mine it was alcohol I felt eyes on us, I glanced over at see all the girls we were playing truth or drink with watching, I noticed mads as she walked out of the room cynthia following behind her, vinnie tugged on my neck a little harder to bring mine attention back to him.

Making sure I swallow and gave me a quick smirk,"ah aa.." he nodded looking down at my lips his finger placed on my cheek as he lended down too my ear and whispered "no running off tonight, you're all mine" his hand lingered in my hair for a bit as he lends back up, pulling me off my feet walking me too his bedroom, no one probably noticed we were gone because they were all focused on the countdown.

He pinned my hands up to the door with his as he kissed my lips roughly, his body closing in to mine, keeping me in place not like I wanted to move anyway,"who tolded you it was okay to ignore me" he mumbled aggressively as he left rough kisses down my body.
