"Wake Up"

Part 1: Family Greetings

"wake up daddy!" hope screams in her fathers ear hoping to wake him from his deep sleep "go back to bed love it's too early" he says barely awake "but daddy i want to get breakfast" she groans "maybe in a little while daddy's still tired" "i'm coming back in here in 30 minutes you better be ready" hope says jokingly *Hayley laughs* "she gets it from you not me" "she most definitely gets her sass from you and the sarcasm from me" *they both laugh and fall back asleep* [30 minutes later] *hope walks in the room once again "DADDY! wake up please i'm hungry" "alright love i'm getting up" he says. "grab me something on the way back" Hayley asks "alright let's head off then?" Klaus says while tying his shoes "yay!" hope screams and runs downstairs, Klaus meets up with hope downstairs and they both get into the car. *Klaus drives to a nearby diner in New Orleans* they both walk in and wait to be seated. As soon as the waiter shows them to their seats hope says with excitement "daddy i want two pancakes today!!" Klaus laughs "you think you could handle two of them?" "mhm!!" she hums back to him "alright then." *he orders* i'll have two pancakes for the young lady and i'll just have a coffee" the waiter writes down their order and walks off then Klaus receives a call from Hayley but his mother Esther starts talking through her phone "i have your wife Niklaus. i only want one thing in return." she says "and what would that be?" "i need nothing else but the child. she has to be eliminated theres too much danger surrounding her all the witches in the french quarter are talking about it." "well i don't care how many witches are concerned about what may be coming but i have no intention of giving my child to be sacrificed." he explains "I don't want any trouble Niklaus I just need to end this feuding in the french quarter and the only way is for her to be gone." "the answer is no." *Klaus hangs up the phone* "sorry to ruin the fun but mommy's in trouble." "what!? what's wrong where is she!?" hope says worried "mommy will be fine i've just got to get someone to watch you." *Klaus calls Rebekah* "hello nik?" "sister i need you to watch hope, Hayley is in danger. we're at the Pierre Maspero's diner a couple of miles away from the house." "okay i'm on my way nik" Rebekah arrives at the diner to watch hope and Klaus takes off to go find Hayley..
Soon klaus arrives near one of the tombs in the quarter when he hears a scream from Hayley "HELP!" klaus runs to Hayley finding her chained up and unable to move because of a spell. *Esther walks up behind Klaus* "i told you i didn't want any trouble Niklaus." "and your not gonna get any because your not taking my child. we are both responsible parents and no matter what troubles are ahead in life for our baby girl we will stop at nothing to protect her." "i realize this Nik but i have to do what has to be done..." Esther starts chanting a spell then once she's finished Klaus receives a call from Rebekah "help nik! hopes passed out in the middle of the diner! what's happening!!?....."
