Next morning came with a lot of excitement for sid as he was going to celebrate his wife's birthday and above of that it would be a surprise birthday party…
Everyone were having breakfast together when sid's daadu gave a new information to all….
Sid's daadu : are mai aap sabhi ko batana bhul gya, mere mearut wale bhai ke beta or bahu aa rahe hai apni beti ke sath yaha, aaj dopahar tak aa jayege, Rita or choti bahu tum dono unki mehman nawazi ka dhyan rakhna….
Choti maa and Rita maa agreed to daadu and they all had breakfast peacefully… post breakfast Rita maa and choti maa went with sana for walk when suddenly Sana felt light pain in her abdomen… She made faces because of pain which didn't went unnoticed by both the ladies…
Sm: kya hua sana? Thak gayi ho kya beta?
Sana : nahi maa, bus halka sa dard hua pait me…
Cm : don't worry bache, aisi halat me ye sab normal hai, tu andar chal kar aram karle…
Sana agreed and they went inside house and settled in drawing room….
Sana : maa raaj or sahil kaha gaye?
Sm : pata nahi beta, shayad kisi friend se milne gaye ho apne…
Sana : oh acha! Or tejas bhaiya?
Cm : use to maine hi bheja tha, vo mehman aane wale hai na aaj to unke liye kuch saman mangya hai…
Sana : ji, pr dono daadu kaha chale gaye? Aaj sab hi busy hai kya?
Sm : don't worry bacha, everyone will come, dad or uncle chess me busy hai terrace pr or sid bhi unke sath hi hai…
Sana : ok! Maa mujhe bhook lag rahi hai, kuch cheesy khane ka mann ho rha hai….
Cm : cheesy! Agar sidharth ko pata chala to gussa karega..
Sm: to kya ab meri bachi apni pasand ka kha bhinahi sakti kuch ? Don't worry bacha i will make you world's best cheesy pizza 🍕….
Sana : wow sounds yummy 😋
Sm went in kitchen to cook pizza for sana and choti maa helped her with ingredients, while sana scrolled her phone screen…
After 30 minutes sid's mom was back with tasty cheesy pizza, sana grabbed pizza from her hand and munched its slice and devoured her mouth with spicy pizza…. After having whole pizza alone she was munchkin last bite when sid came downstairs and looked at her…..
Sid : shehnaaz! Kya kha rahi ho?
Sana : mai vo vo mai ha! Mai to fruit salad kha rahi thi or pura bowl khatam bhi kar diya…
She said putting her hand on her tummy with a innocent smile, sm and cm looked at her and chuckled, while sid looked at her suspiciously….
Sid : oh didn't know ki saucer ko bowl kabse bolne lage, or pizza fruit salad kab ban gya….
Sana looked at her plate in which a little topping covered with cheese was left, she looked at him helplessly and made more innocent face than before, sid had almost melted for those dolphin eyes but he maintained his little anger and little poker face…
Sana : urghh aise kyu ghur rahe ho mujhe?
She winced frustrated by his continuous cold stare, he chuckled at her complain and smiled at her…
Sid : lo hass diya ab apna sadha hua muh
thik karo warna koi dekh kar dar jayega 😬
Sana opened her mouth in O shape as she heard his words, she called his name in frustration and stood up to beat him but suddenly felt a sharp pain in her abdomen, she quickly placed her hand on her tummy, sid being worried immediately came near her and held her in his hand, he made her sit on couch, sm and cm also came near her…
Sid : jaan! Jaan kya hua, dard ho rha hai? Baby bol na…
She didn't said anything but whine in pain..
Sm : pahle bhi mujhe laga tha ki ise dard ho rha hai but tab isne batya nahi or dekh ab dard jyada ho rha hai….
Sana : sidharth doctor ke pass chalo mujhe kuch nahi lag rha hai…
Sid : don't worry jaan, you will be fine, let me take the car out ha!
Sid asked driver to take out the car, he helped Sana to take inside the car and drove towards hospital… As soon as they reached hospital Sid took her immediately to obstetrician…
Dr : don't worry Mr and Mrs agnihotri, as Mrs agnihotri said she had cheesy and spicy food so may be because of that gas had obscured which resulted in abdominal pain, you just need to take healthy food…
Dr informed them with a smile, sid glared at sana with a little anger 💢
Sid : Dr i think ek baar scan bhi kar lete hai,
matlab mai bus sure hona chahta hu ki baby thik to hai…
Dr: waise to abhi jarurat nahi hai, but aapki tasalli ke liye fetal well being ka test kar lete hai…
Sid : thank you Dr… ☺️
Sana didn't said any thing as she knew Sid was already pissed by her habit of eating unhealthy food so she without showing any tantrums was ready for test… Dr and sana went inside scan room, after few minutes a nurse came inside doctor's cabin and asked Sid to come in scan room… Sid did as he was told, but as soon as he entered scan room found sana smiling with tears in her eyes laying on bed…
Sid : what happened dr? Is everything fine?
Dr : everything is absolutely fine Mr Agnihotri, I have a good news for you, you are going to be a father of two babies…. She's pregnant with twins….
Dr informed him smiling, sid couldn't believe his ears, he looked at sana who in return nodded in yes, sid came near sana's face and showered numerous kisses on her face…..
Sid : thank you!
He mumbled against her lips just before pecking them, making sana red with blush, she made a pout and gestured him towards the lady Dr, but sid being Sid again pecked her lips and smiled widely, he stood straight and saw Dr and nurse awning at them….
Sid : can i see babies?
He asked Dr and she moved screen towards him and moved gadget on sana's tummy to show him babies…. Sid had held sana's hand in his while watching babies through screen…
Once done with reports and other formalities they returned home after buying a box of sweet laddoos…
Sid : maa! daadu! Chote papa! Sab kaha ho jaldi aao!
Whole family gathered in living room to witness sid and sana grinning ear to ear…
Tejas :kya baat hai bhai itna smile kyu kar rahe ho aap dono?
Sid : because we have a good news….
Sahil : kya bhai good news to hame aap
dono ne pahle hi de di thi, is bar kya aap pregnant ho? 😜
Sid : choti maa ye aapka hi beta hai na? Kyuki iski baato se ye mera bhai to nahi lagta…
Sana : sidharthhhh aise kyu bol rahe ho? Wo to majak kar rahe hai na…
Sahil : aww my dear bhabhi jaan, aap hi meri sagi ho bus… Bhai ab please news bata do isse pahle mere pait me dard shuru ho jaye…
Sid : ok to sun! Tu chachu banne wala hai, par ek nahi do do babies ka…
Everyone gasped at the surprise and in next second house was full of giggles and smiles…
