They took Sana in OT on stretcher, sid followed her holding her hand… Tejas had already done all the formalities, his mom had given maternity bag to nurse, nurse had helped Sana to change in patient gown and now Sana was all ready to deliver her babies..

Doctor : Congratulations Mr and Mrs Agnihotri, it's a baby boy…
Sana and sid looked towards their baby who was red with blood and had a cord attached with his navel…. Nurse took him to Clean after doctor cut off the cord..
Dr : just few minutes Mrs Agnihotri, fir aap ye pain se fre ho jayegi, come on push hard….
After few minutes they heard voice of second baby…
Dr : congratulations Mr and Mrs Agnihotri it's a baby girl…
Sid's eye's let some tears of happiness roll down while sana was also crying of pain and happiness… Sid held sana's hand and kissed her hand lovingly while murmuring thank you…
Once they cleaned sana and babies they shift them to normal ward… Sid's whole family along with sana's daadu came inside sana's room…
Everyone were really happy for sid and sana, they one by one took babies in their arms and blessed them, elders blessed Sana also while her brother in laws thanked her for bringing bundle of joy in their family…
Sid's daadu : ward boy, ye lo bhai meri taraf se tum sab ki party….
He pulled bundle of notes from his pocket and moved in circle motion above of both babies head as sign of taking all their bad luck away from them… He gave notes to ward boy…
Sana's daadu : are bhai par dada se badhai to leli, ab par nana se bhi badhai le jao…
He also took out a bundle of notes and did same as sid's daadu did…
Sid : mom dekho na meri princess ki nose meri jaisi hai ek dam sharp…
Choti maa : ha or aakhe Sana jaisi gehri…
Sana : pr mere prince charming ki nose to meri jaisi hai, ek dum cute…

Everyone left from there leaving sidnaaz alone, sid made both babies lay in their cradle… He came near her and sat beside her holding her hand…
