Chapter Three: The First Day, The Last Tear [Sina]

Sina hadn't slept a wink that night, she had instead stayed up all night on Facebook, looking through the countless insults and hurtful things that were written about her. She had always been treated like this and she was definitely a type of person to take everything that she was told to heart. With a small sniffle escaping, she finally stood up from the computer at around five-thirty in the morning. Shaking her head softly, she walked to her room and grabbed a black shirt that had a few years near the bottom and a pair of blue jeans since she knew that the school gave zero fucks about what they wore. She then picked up a comb and started to pull it through the knots in her raven hair that she had dyed a few red and green stripes into. When she had finally finished, she grabbed her bag and pulled out a piece of paper and a pencil before she began to write. This is what it said:

'I, Sina Lockheart, will no longer go onto any type of social network that people can comment on my stuff and know who I am so that way they can hurt me more than they already have. If I break this contract then I am to never have an electronic device again.'

With a curt nod, she then tacked the paper up on her door before smiling and whispering, "Well, now today could go well." And with that, she grabbed her bag and sat out on the couch.

Sina had arrived to first hour on time and went to the back to sit by a few of her friends since they were the only people that she could trust. At that moment, a girl with brown hair tapped her on the shoulder before smiling and speaking.

"Hey Sina!"

"Diane! I thought you were moving this year!"

"My parents changed their minds"

"Really? Why?"

"My dad was caught in an affair with a woman in the town we were moving too so they split and my mom kept me"

"Ah, sorry to hear about your dad"

"It's fine, he was a jerk anyway"

"True, especially when you agreed that we would come out to our parents." Yes, Sina was a lesbian and was proud of it. Though it did help that her parents were both female. With a small smile she then motioned for Diane to sit in front of her as she smiled. "So, who's your roommate Diane?"

"Sierra Summers, what about yourself?"

"Nile Szuh."

"Oh wow! You mean the captain of the Chess club and of the fencing team?"

"Yeah, and she's extremely beautiful"

"Yeah, I bet she is"

"Shit, class is starting," At that moment, the teacher raised her hands and asked for everyone to quiet down before she continued. The class obliged since if they didn't then all of them would get in trouble. Immediately, the teacher smiled and asked everyone to tell what they did this summer since it was the first day of school and everything.
