Chapter 3

"What's got you all smiley?" George asked Fred when he appeared next to him.

Fred shrugged his shoulders and made his way to the burrow.

"You know me, always happy."

George gave him one last glance before running up to the door.

"Ready Fred?"

"Ready George."

And with that they entered the house to be subjected to their mothers wrath.

Later that Night:

The twins entered their flat after having the scolding of their life.

"Well that was fun." George said as he slumped onto the coach. "Why is it you still look like you won the lottery?"

"Tomorrows a free day right?"

"Yeah," George said slowly.

"Great, see you tomorrow." Fred waved at his brother before heading to his room.

"Not so fast, mate." George now had his wand out and had placed a body binding curse on his brother. "You're acting weird."

"I'm meeting a new friend tomorrow. Is it wrong to be excited?" Fred replied. "Now undo this curse or I swear to Merlin, I will make you do all the work next week."

"Who's the friend?"

"A girl I met at the park."

"A girl! And what were you doing at the park you were supposed to be at a meeting."

Fred then explained all of what had happened that day. "I asked her if she could meet up again and she said sure." he finished

George sat there digesting this information. "Well, don't get hurt. We don't need another Angelina problem."

"I know, believe me. She's just a friend. You know I'm waiting for my soulmate."

"I know." George clapped him on the back. "Get some sleep."

Fred made his way to his bedroom. At the mention of Angelina his mood had dampened.

Angelina was a chaser on the Gryffindor team. She was known for sleeping around. She always said once she found her soulmate she would stop. She knew Fred fancied her but wasn't doing anything because he wasn't sure if she was his soulmate.

One day she told her friends that she thinks Fred is her soulmate, just loud enough for his friends to hear. They told Fred and Fred decided to give it a chance. Their relationship branched out and soon it was their sixth year.

Fred thought he was in love. The day of the Yule ball Angelina struck. She convinced Fred to go further in their relationship. She took advantage of him. The next day he heard noises as he walked by a broom shed. Normally he would walk past and ignore it. But that voice was all too familiar.

He opened the closet and walked in on Angelina and Adrian Pucey shagging. When he confronted her later that night. She explained that she just claimed that she was Fred's soulmate for a one time shag. Fred was heartbroken. For months he barely ate, he didn't sleep either. The breakup with Angelina hit him hard.

His siblings reported what she did to the headmaster. She was then expelled the next day. Fred hasn't been with anyone since. Honestly George enjoyed that his brother came home with his old energy back. He just hoped that this girl wouldn't break him again.

Bella sluggishly rolled out of bed. Today was one of the best days of her life and one of the worst. She strolled over to her dresser and pulled out some grey sweatpants. They were tight enough that they could be worn in public but loose enough to be comfortable. She then put on a yellow sweater. She slipped on her high tops and left the room.
