Peso's Surprise Birthday Party gone wrong

Operation Surprise Party

                   The next day was Peso's birthday. Peso excitedly threw off his covers, got dressed and was surprised to see Kwazii come through the door. "Ahoy Peso, up for a game of table tennis?" He said, holding up two table tennis bats. Peso grinned. "Of course!" replied Peso, taking a bat and making his way to the Game Pod. When Peso was out of sight and earshot, Kwazii pressed the radio button on his collar. "Peso is distracted, I repeat, Peso is distracted." he whispered. 

                 "Good work Kwazii, now just keep him distracted while we decorate the HQ first." came Dashi's reply. "Aye aye, Dashi!" He said as he zoomed through the Octochute and into the Game Pod to watch Peso playing against both Tominow and Codish at the same time, and both teams putting up a good fight. "Peso me hearty! Why didn't you tell me you could play two at once?" Asked Kwazii, astounded. Peso didn't even seem to hear Kwazii and instead was focused solely on the game. "Aye, this should keep him going for a loooong while." he thought.

                   Meanwhile, Captain Barnacles somehow conveniently managed to drive the Gup A all the way to Antarctica to deliver the invitations to Peso's Mum, little brother Pinto, and older brother Pogo. At first Barnacles wondered if he should invite Peso's billion other relatives but decided they wouldn't exactly all fit in the Octopod. Then he remembered that the Octopod was quite far from Antarctica so he decided to just pick them up instead. 

                 And Tunip and the other Vegimals were doing an excellent job on Pesos birthday cake. They knew because Grouber wouldn't stop stuffing his face during the taste test.

                Inkling was keeping Peso busy with a bunch of thick storybooks, and this time only Tominow was there with them. Codish and Kwazii weren't there because Kwazii was helping Tweak get the presents and Codish always crashed into the bookshelves so it was for his own safety. 

             And in Tweak and Kwazii's area: 

             Tweak is up on the surface getting presents while Kwazii is digging around in his grandfather Calico Jack's shipwreck. 

Kwazii: *Holds up a shiny silver medallion* Arrgh, Peso is going to love this!

Tweak: Nice find Kwazii! And didn't Peso say he needed new medical bag supplies?

Kwazii: Already covered Tweak. You got everything up there?

Tweak: Loading them up in the Gup C right now. You?

Kwazii: In the Gup B and ready to go! You up for a race back to the Octopod matey?

                 Tweak rolls her eyes and says "So long as you don't crash the Gup B. Again."  "Then let's go!! Yeeeeeeeeeooooow!!" He yells as he takes off into the blue.
