Chapter 8: The Scare Games Begin

After school, you and Randy talk to Mike. He is devastated but explains his plan. He is going to win the scare games. "You got this Mike, I know you do" you comfort him. You all talk until Mike runs out of the room. You look out your window and see the Greek Council and a big crowd. "Hey Y/N..." Randy says shyly. "Yeah?" you ask. "I'm uhhhh I'm on the RORs" "Okay and???" you ask. "What if Mike and me go against each other?" "Then you just see who wins, I'm sure Mike won't have any hard feelings" you assure him. Once you are done talking you look out your window once more. Mike is on a car? "Let's get down there Boggs" you tell him. You both rush down and into the crowd. You can hear Mike begging for one more monster to join his team. He's in a fraternity so you know you can't join. You didn't really look into sorority's because you don't really like competitions like these. Randy pulls your hand and tried to weasel through the crowd. "RANDY" Mike yells, "Randy thank goodness, I need you on my team!" "Sorry Mike, I'm already on a team, sorry" Randy tells him. He pulls you over to the RORs and they ask him to disappear. "Hey where did he go??" Chet jokes. You watch as Sullivan climbs with Mike and declares he will join their team. Time passes and you head back to the dorms. You realize Randall will probably be staying in the fraternity house from now on. It's fine, because you still see him so often so this really won't make a difference. "Hey Randy, meet me at the tall dark tree outside the dorms before school okay", "that'll be our spot" you smile. He kisses you "See you tomorrow Y/N" "See ya" you call back.
