The next morning

I went downstairs to check on newt he seemed normal??
"Morning newt"
Newt backed up scared he still looked infected but why was he scared
"Hey it's ok I won't hurt you"
Newt: ?
Newt: y-you out me down here SO I SHOUD BE SCARE-
Jonah: Zach come on breakfast is ready
"Coming! I'll be back ok I promise"
Zach went upstairs and closed the door behind him
Newt: I can't believe they left me down here...they trusted me but I guess it was all a lie
He looked at the bars of the cage
Newt: hmmm
Newt started biting on the bars seeing if he could escape but the chain held him back
Newt growled in anger he wanted to get out he wanted to be out of the cage he curled up on the cold ground
Hours later
Daniel: I'm gonna go check on newt
Jonah: ok be careful
Daniel: k
Daniel went into the basement and saw that newt was not in the cage
Daniel: oh no...
Daniel got tackled by newt and roared at him and made a run for it upstairs
Jonah: how did you get out!
newt tackled Jonah and stabbed his side and made a run for the door and opened and ran
