Chapter 17

Y/N: *Heavy Breathing from panic* Oh God i thought i was gonna die!

Texas: Your overreacting too much...

Y/N: I almost feel off the bike women!

Texas: You were holding on to me too tight....

Y/N: Thats because I didn't wanna fall off! It was like riding a Rollercoaster!

Right now you, Texas, Mostima, and Exusiai were taking a small pit-stop break outside of a mining town, you were catching your breath after the not-so-calm bike ride with Texas.

Exusiai: We got a few more miles away to get back to Lungmen, so just bare with it just little bit okay?

Y/N: Great, more joyride on the Rollercoaster...anyway where are we?

You asked as you took a look around your surrounding area, you saw a somewhat small isolated looking town with a looking mountain at the distance, the surrounding buildings looks old and somewhat broken down, some of them are in ruins, like no one even bothered to repair any of them.

Mostima: Where just outside of a mining town....people here mine Originium from the mountains, refine them so then can be transported...and as you can see....

Mostima then trails off her view to the town as you follow her gaze, then you saw some towns folk wearing ragged up clothing, black particules of dust all over there faces and most of all Black Crystallized Spots all over there bodies, you see some of the towns folk as kids.

Y/N: ........

Mostima: Most of the people here are Infected Individuals, those are Infected are the ones doing the mining and those that are not are the ones keeping an eye on the Infected to make sure they do there job....*sigh* its a sad life but people who have Oripathy Infection....are treated less then those who do not have it....

Y/N: .......*sigh*

Texas: I know what your thinking...

Y/N: Then you know what I'm going to do then...

You said as you started walking to the town but before you could Exusiai rushed up in front of you and stop you before you could go any farther, she had a nervous expression on her face once she stopped you.

Exusiai: Hey hey hey wait a second here, look I know you want to do the right thing and I know you can cure Oripathy and all but you need to think about this, there's a reason why these people are mining Originium okay, whoever is in charge here are probably working for some big shots and you don't want to deal with there business...

Y/N: Look I know you girls don't wanna stick your nose where it belongs so I'll deal with it myself, you don't have to get involved in this...

You said in a serious tone voice which caught Texas by surprise, earlier you were all weird and acting silly but now you look like your about to kill someone (this isn't foreshadowing....maybe)

Texas: ......

Mostima: Umm Texas? Should we go and stop him? Who knows whats going to get involved into...

Texas right now was watching you entering the isolated mining town with your sword on your back, she then did a long sigh as got her sword and started walking to the town as well. The others were shocked and confused by this.

Exusiai: Uhh, Texas? What are you-

Texas: Get your gear, we're going in...

Texas said as she interrupted Exusiai's question, both Exusiai and Mostima look at each other for a brief moment until they both grab there gear, Exusiai got her SMG while Mostima got her staffs. Then they both followed Texas close behind as the three off them entered the town.

Meanwhile you were already inside the town, you look at your surroundings as you saw the buildings were ruined down and need heavy repairs, then you saw the towns folk, all sitting down on the dirty streets, wearing ragged clothing, you even saw kids digging through garbage for food.

Y/N thought: This world sure isn't sunshine and rainbows....

???: Please! I'm begging you! Help my sister!

Y/N: ?

You then heard a female child voice in the distance, once you reach where it came from a you saw a small little girl with bear like ears on her head, short brown looking hair and wearing ragged up clothing, she was pulling someone's clothing which was someone wearing an officer looking uniform.

Little Girl: Please my sister is hurt inside, please help me get her out!

Officer Guard: *sigh* listen you little brat, nobody cares, people die everyday from mining, so go back and do your job!

The officer looking guard was about to slap the little girls face that is until his hand was stopped as it was grabbed by someone.

Officer Guard: Huh? What the- ?!

The officer looking guard saw who grabbed his hand in shocked and surprised as you were the one that stopped him before he could hurt the little girl, the girl was also surprised that came out of nowhere in a blink of an eye.

Officer Guard: Who the hell are- GAAAAHHH!

You then simply punched the guy on the stomach as he was sent flying to a broken down building which it collapsed once the officer looking guard went flying through it.

Little Girl: ......

Y/N: Umm...I'm sure he's fine, you alright kid?

You asked the little bear girl as she was snap back from the shock as she slowly nodded at you, you gave her a gentle smile which brought her at ease, then moments later a few more officer looking guards appeared and surrounded you and the girl, then the rest of the miners and towns folk stop what they were doing to see what's happening.

The little bear girl hugged you close behind on your legs as she was scared from them, you then got your sword as you were ready to fight them.

Officer Guard1: Look pal i don't know who you are or what your business is here, but just cause trouble for yourself!

Y/N: My business here is kicking your ass...

Officer Guard2: Grrr! Get him!

Texas, Mostima, and Exusiai were rushing through the town as they all try to catch up to you, while they were running through the town, a body suddenly landed in front of them, stopping the three from there tracks.

Exusiai: Uhh, did a body just fell from the sky?

Exusiai asked as Texas went up closer to observe the body, its entire upper torso landed head first deep into the ground as its legs were sticking out, Texas was confused for a bit and then she heard a few screaming voices coming from above, her and the others also heard the screaming voices as they saw up in the sky falling bodies.

Mostima: Umm, we should duck and cover...

Exusiai: Yea, good idea...

Texas: Move!

Texas yelled all three of them seek shelter from the random falling bodies coming from the sky, Exusiai peeked out to see few more bodies landed face first deep into the ground.

Exusiai: Jeez, its raining men....

Mostima: I'm gonna go on a guess that Y/N has some involvement in this....

Texas: .....

Once the random falling bodies stopped the three of them continued on through the town as they pass several more bodies of the ground face first with there legs sticking out, luckily nobody died from the landing....I think.

Random Officer Guard: ughhh.....I can't feel my face....

Chapter 17 done, I know its been along time since the last time I posted a Chapter, I just hope you guys are patient enough to wait for updates considering I have job now, anyway I hope you enjoy this chapter, until then I'll see you in the next Chapter, bye-bye!
