Simple view of the hunting lessons of Cat Gang

Flower's POV:

Today Sasha took us out for training. We didn't go far, just in the park outside. Sasha told us to look for bugs and squirrels. I spotted a dragonfly on a bush and leapt at it immediately. I bat it onto the grass and bit it until it no longer moved. Sasha looked impressed, 'Good job! That was a big jump!' I held my head high and mewed a thanks.

Branches found a squirrel on a tree. He climbed the tree and killed the squirrel. But the most hilarious thing was, he forgot how to get down! And his name is literally Branches! We all laughed. Sasha helped him down. Branches tumbled down with the squirrel. Poor thing forgot how to speak after that.

2A didn't seem to have caught anything, so I went to help her. 2A complained, rather irritated, 'Ugh I can't catch them! Every time I try to catch the worms, they hide inside their holes quicker than I can hit them!' I giggled, 'That's cuz you're not paying attention! You keep chatting with the other cats!' I accompanied 2A as she watched the hole quietly. There was a slight movement in the dirt and whoosh! She finally caught a worm. 'YAY I CAUGHT ONE YESSSS!!!' She exclaimed. I winced at her loud voice and patted her on the shoulder and congratulated her. In fact I think this was the biggest worm she has ever caught.

And that's the story of how my eardrums burst. Just kidding.
