"Please help me!" I heard from down the hallway.

Byeong-il let Seung-jae out of the game room. He ran past us into the supply closet, running out with a hammer.

I run after him and see he hit Sangwook in the head with the rusty hammer.

"Help me! He's a murderer! That man is a murderer!" Seungjae was pushed to the floor by Sangwook who hovered over him.

"You don't deserve to die peacefully!" He shouts while smashing in Seung-jaes skull.

Everyone stood in shock at the sudden and horrific murder that took place in front of their eyes. I too, was shocked.

Eunhyuk ran to a trash can and threw up. I shut my eyes and rub my temple trying to register what had just happened.

Sangwook dragged Seungjaes body outside the building near the construction area before collapsing in front of the shutters.

Jae-heon had stopped him from lowering the shutters. Sangwook hit the floor with a loud thud.

He was able to bring back Minju and Soo-ungs bodies to be properly buried in the building. I stifled a tear drop when Ms. Cha held her daughters corpse on her lap.

"Are you alright?" Eunhyuk groaned as I went over to him.

"Not really. That was a lot to take in at once." He coughed. I brought him to the infirmary and gave him some painkillers.

Death was something we weren't used to. Even with all I went through, I was never used to it.

As days passed, Hyunsu and I went on several trips through the apartment complex. Time and time again I feared I wouldn't come back alive. Every time my eyes stung and became a dark abyss, I lose a bit of what I used to be.

A hopeful college student with shitty mental health who just wanted to feel loved and wanted by others around her. Even if it were for just a moment. A hopeful kid who just wanted to be happy for the rest of her life and not have to stress or worry about any problems that may come her way.

Free.

Free of the problems the world had thrown at her in the past and present. Like a bird or even a butterfly.

To be able to protect oneself with words and actions enough to help her stand her ground.

I scribbled in a journal. A drawing a of a fairy. Large red and black wings with spears rimming the very edges of those delicate wings. Horns and god like strength. Where ever she went she would protect and help others in need.

Yeong-su let me borrow his crayons, I thanked him in advance.

"Give her powers! Like making flowers grow from wherever!" Su-yeong suggested. I nodded and drew flowers around her, adding thorns and branches.

I showed the kids the finished product and they clapped.

"Wow, you're so good at drawing. Teach me please?" They asked as I nodded.

"Of course." I smiled at them.

"Min, Yuri said she wanted to speak to you." Ji-su interupts as she walks into the daycare. I nodded and went to the infirmary.

Making my way over to Yuri, I felt calm and peaceful.

"I was gonna ask Eunhyuk to help me with some of the supplies but he's not feeling well. I wanted to ask if you could get more medical supplies from the storage space in the garage?" she asked me.
