Chapter 8

At this point, Mari was in a room with Damian, Jason and Babara.

She glares at Damian and Jason before smiling softly at Babara.

"Now can you two explain why you reek of the lazurus pit" Mari asks glaring at the boys

"Errrm....pixie I......" Jason says trailing off only to recieve a much harder glare from Mari

"ok ok so I died and was brought back to life by the league" she then turned to Damian with an eyebrow raised

"my clone killed me and I was brought back to life"

"You two know the effects right" she questioned

"Yeah" was their only response

"so why did you use it" they looked down trying to bail out of it only for Mari to cut them off

"Sit there and let me remove the tainted aira it's just soo bad" then concentrated mixing hair ladybug, guardian and royal power (her superman power(aka lasers) will divide them into two😂😂) bright pink light surrounded the room before fading

"how do you feel"Mari asked

"A little lightheaded and less angry"

"Tt" "Okay its done you can go now she said beaming and shoving them out of the room.

" ok now it your turn Babs"

"o-ok" Babs replied

"Listen here Babs I know you dont trust me but I need but I need you to trust me right now"

Babara pushed all the negative thoughts away and replied "I'm ready" Mari once again concentrated making bright pink light surround the room again, after the light faded Babs was still in the wheelchair but she could feel her legs now

"I can feel my legs"she says beaming. Mari helped her to walk around the room after that she jumps only to stumble a little

"you are now able to walk now not long ago so it will take some time to adjust" Babs only nods beaming they fold the wheelchair and walk out of there they dropped the chair off and went to the kitchen to find everyone there except Juleka, Chloe, Tim and Jon, she also sees Cass and Kagami relating.

"Hey guys" Mari said calling all attention to her. There was a chorus of heys.

"I have a surprise for you guys" she says visibly excited

"What surprise?" Cass asks. Babara comes behind her walking, you can hear a pin drop until screams of excitement and people engulfing Babara in hugs.

Mari watches them with a smile on her face until Dami comes over and gives her a kiss

"let me guess you healed her"

"hehe yeah"

"I am proud of you jamilati"

"m-my b-beautiful" Mari asks blushing

"exactly it is an adequate name to call you since your mine and the beautiful dont even question it" he says while giving her a kiss on the cheek.

Everyone in the room awws

"demon spawn is in looove" Jason says. They all thank Mari also they arrive in the living room to see that Chloe and Juleka are blushing over something Jon and Tim said

"I say we make operation Jonleka and Chlotim a go" Mari whispers. The were whispers of 'yeahs' and 'oks'. Then Dick cleared his throat loudly, the four people turn their attention to them

"Mari has a surprise for you guys" Babara comes out and lets just say there was a reputation on the same attitude After that they left to go to bed with Daminette cuddling of course.
