"What happened? " Aman asked the thoughtful Arnav after locking the door.

"What more to happen? Whom can I trust now? Why do I feel like entire universe is against me? Will I end up with no family member? Everyone is surprising me with their acts? He, who tried to kill me at one moment of rage" Aman hugged Arnav who is in the verge of crying.

"Everything will be fine. We will find the real culprit so soon. " Aman said, but Arnav looked at with confusion filled eyes.

"Can we? "

"Trust me Arnav, this time I am so sure than the last time. Within a week we will know who played all these, who makes your life miserable, and who makes you separate with khushi"

They traveled back, Aman too joined him after Arnav offering him a cup of tea at home.

Before entering inside Aman warned Arnav, "Don't inform khushi about Syam for now"

"Why? "

"I don't think it is needed for this moment. "

"But I need to share everything to her. "

"It will increase her sadness, nothing more will happen. " Aman get inside.

"Payal, why your face is so red? " Lavanya asked Payal.

They knew the character of her, she don't like others invading her privacy or less she won't like to know they heard her conversation with Akash.

"Nothing much, I proposed Akash and he didn't replied. Feels rejected. " She drank a glass of water which was Lavanya holding.

"He may reply you soon. Don't lose hope. " Khushi patter her shoulder.

"Hi khushi" Aman greeted her while walking and she found a depressed Arnav.

"What happened? " She asked  with concern without realising the surrounding.

"Nothing, he was missing you. I didn't thought that he will be this much romantic. He was all talking about you the entire time." After hearing Aman's reply khushi smiled even though she knew thats not true.

Khushi hitted Lavanya's hand after finding her winking at Aman.

"Hey you, are you lost your mind after Akash? " Khushi whispered and Lavanya giggled.

"Okay okay, now the missing love birds go to your room. " Lavanya teased.

Payal give tea to both of them and Aman left after having the tea.

"Khushi, I am having a bad headache. " Arnav rubbed his forehead.

"Get some rest Arnav, it was a long day" Arnav gone upstairs and khushi reading something on her phone.

"Anjali, can't you accept Khushi? " Dadi asked.

"Why dadi? "

"It was enough, why are we showing this much hatred to her? "

"Dadi, she wasn't chosen by you and she is disrespectful girl. "

"Even though I don't think this is right. Arnav needs happiness and his happiness lie with her. " She took her eyeglasses and clean it.

"If you think that way, that's a lie. Even after meeting her , did you see him laughing? What him? Our entire family is in dilemma " Anjali pointed her points.

"Do as you like, I can't say anything more. Why aren't you with Syam. Don't lose your relationship while breaking others. " Dadi left the room.

"Why? Syamji love me more and more each day and he is busy all the time " She said to herself.

Anjali walks outside and collided with Payal,
"Where are you going? " Anjali asked.

"There" She simple said.

"It is not your hut to play. " Hurting payal Anjali walks with happiness.

"Akash, I will go tomorrow morning. So can you give answer. " She asked with a confidence on outside but she is hell nervous on inside.

"Do I need to give answer now? " Akash asked while folding his hands.

She nodded her head.

"See Payal, I don't have any type of that feeling now. " He started saying crushing the mountain of Payal's expectations. "Love can't happen when other thinks, it needed to happen from ourselves too. I think, like you said, I was consider you as my guardian angel who will always protect me but that little boy grown up as a man. I don't need anyone's help now. So I don't need her, and I am already committed. I am not mad to wait for you after you rejecting me in front of the whole crowd. Hope you can move on. "Akash walk away without looking her face.

Payal never in her dreams thought that he will reject her like this and more over he is in relationship with someone. That's hurting her. After all these wait for years, she thought after seeing her he will run to her like the good old times, but she faced ignorance and coldness from him.

If someone says love is like a war, then she was killed before the battle.

Smiling at herself, teasing at herself she walks to her room with a plastic smiling face with sad eyes. Closing the washroom and opening the water tap she cried, cried her heart out.

Arnav wake up and asked, "what are you doing? "

"Watching movie" Khushi replied by showing her phone. Only she knows how frustrated she is without knowing what happened with him.

"Aren't you sleeping? " She asked

"Feeling hungry"

"Didn't I say you to eat before sleeping or do I need to feed you like a child? "

He looks at his hand like a child who committed a big crime.

"There is no food left " She looked at him and continued, "I will cool for you. "

"No, we can cook together" He holds her hand and dragged her with him. "By the way, you look stunning today" She blushed at that comment.

After eating the food, khushi was doing dishes. Arnav hugged her from behind and whispered, "you don't need to do anything my pretty lady " He kissed her hairs.

"What's up with you today " She blushed and he replied, "dont you know I am being romantic. " He winked at her.

Next day.

"What are you doing? " Khushi asked.

"Can't you see? I am shaving" Arnav replied.

"Is it because sheetal said, she loves to see you with full shave? " She asked with angry face.

"Are you jealous? " He teased.

"Didn't I said no shave? " She asked

"When? " He can't remember

"So you forget! Nice. " She walks to him and said, "don't forget that your body is mine, so don't shave before asking me" Khushi warned him.

"What about your body? " He asked while holding her hand.

"That's too mine" She makes him leave her hand and he left finding she is not in a good move.

"Why are you so angry today? "

"Do you mean I can't be angry or I can't be angry on this day. What do you mean? " Arnav opened his mouth after hearing her answer.

"Nothing" He kept silent.

"I am going outside, to meet my neighbor aunt. "

"I will accompany you. "

"Don't need " She replied sternly

"Thats okay khushi, how can I leave my wife alone? "

"So you are saying, I can't go anywhere alone or what? " She asked with the same anger.

"No.. I mean yes... Khushi I am going" He closed the door of washroom.. "Mood swings? " He asked himself.
