7: JJ arrested

Bellas POV

We ate our food and spent the day at the beach watching the sunset. Harry's phone rang, 'it's Simon' he tells me, he looked more concerned because harry and Simon normally just text and not call. 'Si whats up? No were gonna head to the train station soon were just... wait what? What do you mean?! Wait did you just say Bella did? That's impossible?! Okay okay well be back as soon as possible can you get one of the boys to meet us at the station. Yeah, yeah okay cool keep me update. Thanks, Si see you soon' he hung up and looked more worried, before i could say anything harry starts screaming. 'hey whats wrong? Are the boys okay?' I asked as I began to worry. 'its JJ. Hes been arrested, dickhead called them, on your behalf, and got him arrested with assault. He has a boxing match in a few weeks this could fuck that up for him' harry explains as he orders an uber. We didn't speak the whole journey to the train station or home. As we got off we saw tobi waiting with his car door open ' come on! Bella you need to give a statement about what happened. So do you H. simon and josh have already given theres and ethans doing his now. I did mine at the house' tobi explained and I was beginning to panic of JJ.

JJ's POV

*one hour before the arrest*

Me and simon and ethan just filmed a video for ethans channel. 'cheers lads the video will be pretty lit' ethan said. 'yeah only cause you can use me to get views' i chuckled. The guys knew I didn't mind them using my name in their titles cause we all use eachothers names for views and for clickbait. I went downstairs to see josh and tobi in the kitchen. 'how was filming?' josh asked. I explained what we recorded and little bits that happened. 45 minutes later simon and ethan joined as we sat down and began to plan some sidemen sunday vids. While we was planning the videos in the kitchen, the buzzer to the gate rang. 'what the fuck man! I swear if its fans...' 'hello?' josh says down the mic. 'um yeah he is ill open the gates now. Make your way around and ill meet you at the door.' josh says looking me dead in the eyes. 'who was that and why are you letting them in?' I question but before he could answer the visitors was already at the door. 

'Mr Olatunji?' the officer asks, looking at josh. 'yeah? Whats the problem officer?' I spoke. 'Are you olajide olatunji?' he asked me. I replied 'yeah, whats the problem' "I am arresting you on suspicion of assault   you do not have to say anything, but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence. Do you understand?"The officer says as be begins to put the handcuffs on me. 'Si call harry and tell him. Don't tell my parents. Get harry back and tell him whats happened. I don't fucking believe this.' I shout to Simon even though hes within 4 feet of me.' we head out and they put me in the back of the car and head back in to get a statement from Tobi about the night before. i didn't even care that I was in the back of a cop car I was more worried about Bella. 

Tobis POV

'So you recall mr Olatunji being drunk the night of the assult?' they questioned. 'Yes, but he wasn't completely drunk, he knew what he was doing he was still in control. JJ wouldn't just hurt someone. Officer you have to understand, Charles was grabbing..' i paused and I saw josh shake his head to signal to keep Bellas name out of it. 'yes?' the officer said 'please continue' I looked back at him and down 'sorry, where was I. oh yeah, he was grabbing a girl we met that night, we didn't really get her name or anything she was staying in a hotel nearby with her friends but they left. JJ only hit him because he thought he was going to hurt the girl.' the officer looked at me confused. 'Mr brown, we are not here about an assault to someone called Charles, we are here about the assault on Bella Jackson.' before I could say anything the officer packed his notepad away and walked out. 'well be in touch, we need everyone who was there down at the station to give a statement.' he says before heading off in the car. I saw JJ in the back and I could tell he was worried about us and most importantly, Bella.
