14: first day in Guernsey and meeting Harrys family

Bellas POV 

We landed and as we was walking to get our suitcases cameras was flashing. 'Gosh why are paparazzi everywhere?' i muttered to harry who just laughed. We smiled and headed out the airport and dashed quickly to harry's mum's car. As we apporached his mum jumped out and greeted harry with a kiss on the cheek and a huge hug. 'and you must be Bella!' she says as she gives me a hug. 'hi mrs lewis, its lovely to meet you, harry has said wonderful things about you' I explained during the embrace. His father didn't get out to introduce himself to me and only said hi to harry. It felt uncomfortable but harry acted like it was nothing We pulled apart and headed to their home. I laid with harrys arm around me in the back seats looking out the window. A short while later we arrived and Rosie ran outside and hugged harry. 'OMG, youre so beautiful!' she says as she released harry from her arms. 'hah- thanks youre beautiful too' I say as she gave me a hug. 'Josh is out with his friends playing football, hell be back soon' rosie explained as we headed in doors. 

Harrys POV

'Dad? Why havent you spoken to Bella, you havent even acknowledged her presence?' I asked when we was alone outside, getting the bags from the boot. 'listen son, I don't need to talk to every girl that comes to the house. She looks like trouble and, well we know how that ended last time.' he says. 'Bella is nothing like Kate, shes better, shes had a shitty past and she wont hurt me like kate did. Bella is better than that' I say as I walk into the house leaving dad outside. Did he really believe that Bella was like Kate? 

A few hours passed and dad still hasn't spoken to Bella and I could tell she was feeling a bit uncomfortable. The silence broke by josh coming in through the door. 'hey mom im back!!' josh shouted as he closed the door. 'hey man how you been?' I said to make convesation, 'hm yeah ive been good, whos this?' he asked and pointed to Bella. 'thats the latest girl that hes been sleeping with.' dad finally spoke. 'hm im gonna head out, I need to make a call to someone, ill be back soon.' Bella said as she headed to the door. 

Bella POV

I couldn't stay in the house any longer. His dad hates me and I knew that I was just making things worse. I didn't know what to do so I called simon, hoping he would answer. It rang and rang but no answer. I didn't know who to call but I didn't want to go back to Harrys so I decided to call Josh (Zerkaa) 

J; hey you alright? 

B; yeah um is simon busy, I tried to call him but he didn't answer. 

J; yeah hes out with talia on a date and he left his phone here, is everything okay? 

B; yeah I just feel like Harry's dad doesn't like me he hasn't spoken to me and the only thing he has said is that im the latest girl that harry's sleeping with. I just feel like im not welcomed but I don't want to drag harry away from his family. 

J; hey just talk to harry he will understand its best to talk about these things then hide them, you should definitely sort it out, youre there for 2 weeks right? 

B; yeah but I feel like I should come back sooner, I just have a bad feeling about it all. Ill talk to you later.

J; okay make sure you talk to harry though okay, bye. 

B; bye josh 

Josh was right. I needed to talk to harry but I'm too scared to. Instead I messaged him and told him I was staying at a hotel for the night and that I will meet him tomorrow. He wasn't happy but he respected my decision  and he came to give me my things, we didn't speak but he held me for a while in the hotel lobby. 'ill speak to dad' he told me and he let go and walk off. i headed up to my room, gotten ready for bed and headed to bed.
