Chujin's POV

" Someone's boyfriend is coming to pick her up soon. " Leejin said and I smiled shyly. My eyes wandered over to the clock.

4:34PM.

I sighed, " Is it just me or is the time going by slower today? " I dragged a chair over and I sat down.

Jinsol chuckled, " I think the time went by as usual but you're just too excited to meet Winwin again. " Leejin nodded in agreement.

Maybe I am.

The bell rang and I turned to see a couple walking in while linking arms. " Can I get a strawberry smoothie? " The lady said and I nodded as I keyed it in.

" And I'll get a Ice Black Coffee. " I nodded.

" That will be 20,000 Won. " I took the money over and I went over to help the both of them prepare the customer's drinks.

After the drinks are done, we brought it over to the counter. " Thanks. " They said as they took the drinks before leaving.

i sat back down on the chair as I looked over at the clock once again.

4:39PM.

Jinsol sighed, " Stop looking at the clock. The time is just going to pass even slower if you keep looking at it. " Leejin nodded as she walked over to me.

" Drink your drink. " She passed my drink over to me and I took a sip.

Just then, the bell rang and we turned to look at the door. I stood up with a smile when I saw Winwin walking in, " Oh look, it's Winwin. " Leejin said.

" Someone can stop staring at the clock now. " Jinsol said while washing the cups.

He smiled as he walked over, " This is my friend, Rahee. She wanted to try how good the drink here is. " I nod.

" What do you want? " I asked.

She thought for a bit before looking over at Winwin with a smile, " What's that drink that you always drink? " I looked over at Winwin.

" Caramel Macchiato. " He said and she looked back at me with a smile.

" I'll get one Caramel Macchiato too. " I nodded as I keyed it into the cashier as she paid by card.

I walked over to the coffee counter to prepare her drinks and when I'm done, I brought it over to the counter for her and she thanked me.

She looked over at Winwin, " Want a sip? " He shook his head and I pursed my lips.

" It's so good! Just like what I remembered it to taste like! " I looked over at Winwin who smiled at me.

She's just a friend.

I kept reminding myself not to be a toxic girlfriend.

Leejin and Jinsol dragged me away, " After a long discussion while you were making her drink, we concluded that you should be weary of her. "

" She gives me bad vibes and I know what vibes bad beaches gives because I've seen a lot. " Jinsol said, emphasising on a lot.

I chuckled, " This is not a laughing matter. I broke up with my ex boyfriend because of this and I don't this to happen to you. I trust Winwin but I just don't trust her. "

I looked over at Rahee who's smiling happily while talking to Winwin. " Just tell us if she ever tries to do anything to break the both of you up. I'll break her up first. " Leejin said and Jinsol nodded.

I chuckled, " I will. "

They nudged me, " It's 5PM now. Quickly take your boyfriend and run. " Leejin said, causing me to laugh.

" I'll change out. " I told Winwin and he nodded.

I went to the changing room to change out of my work attire. I untied my hair as I walked out to the counter. " Bye Chujin! " The both of them said while waving.

" Let's go. " Winwin said with a smile.

We were about to leave when Rahee stopped us.

" Can I come too? "

Winwin's POV

I looked over at Chujin who looked really uncomfortable at Rahee's question. I was about to say something when Leejin beat me to it.

She rushed out of the counter. " Oh my! Congratulations! You're our 100th customer for the day so you get to have a free tour of our coffee counter! Let me share with you! " Rahee shook her head.

" I don't want- " Leejin cut her off.

" This way please! " She lead Rahee away.

Chujin chuckled slightly, " This way please. " I point over to the door and she chuckled as we walked out of the cafe.

Chujin was silent, I looked over at her. " What are you thinking about? You look like you have lots of thoughts. " She shook her head.

" Just ask me anything. " I said.

She let out a sigh, " Are you close to Rahee? " She asked and I chuckled. I stopped walking and she stopped too.

I looked over at her, " We're friends but I wouldn't say we're close. Why? Are you jea- " Before I could finish, she shook her head.

" I'm not jealous! " I smiled at her jealous self.

" I didn't say jealous. " I said and her face turned red.

She hurriedly walked off and I ran slightly to walk beside her. " Why are you walking so fast? I almost can't keep up with your speed! " I said.

Chujin continued walking at her fast speed and that's when I reached my hand over to grab her hand. She looked over at me in shocked.

" Since I can't keep up with you, you got to hold my hand or else I'm going to get lost. " Her smile grew wider before she burst into laughter.

She looked down at our hands, " Will you release if I stop walking so fast? " I looked away as I shook my head.

" Now that I've held onto your hand, I can't release it anymore. " I said as I sulked.

Chujin chuckled, " Even if I do this? " She started tickling me and I burst into laughter.

" No! " I screamed while laughing.

We were having so much fun until we heard someone coughed slightly from behind us. We turned around and my smile faded.

I raised my brows, " Rahee? "

I looked over at Chujin who doesn't seem thrilled at the sight of Rahee. " Dong Sicheng! How can you leave a friend behind just like that? " She touched my arm slightly and I moved a step back.

I hate it when people touch me like that.

Especially when I don't feel close enough.

Rahee was looking at Chujin, " This is Chujin, she's my- " Rahee cut me off as she walked over to Chujin with a smile.

" You must be Chujin, Sicheng's friend. Like he said, I'm Rahee. " She reached her hand out to shake Chujin's hand.

They shook hands but it's pretty clear that Chujin is uncomfortable. I pulled her away, creating a distance between the both of them.

Rahee smiled as she walked beside me.

" So where are we eating at? "
