Chujin's POV
I laid on my bed, flipping to my side for the hundredth times in less than 5 minutes. I sat up, feeling mixed emotions.
" I have to move to the US. "
Winwin's words kept echoing in my head.
I honestly thought about Long distance relationship even before I met him. I know that I'm someone who needs quality time, knowing the time difference between the two countries, I don't know anymore.
I looked over at the clock, realising it's almost 4AM.
I buried my face in my pillow as I thought hard about this before actually falling asleep in that position.
The next morning, I woke up being in a totally different position. My head was at the end of the bed while my legs were at the corners of the bed.
" Morning. " Chunhee said when I walked out of my room. I made myself a bowl of cereal before bringing it over to the dining table.
I took a spoonful of cereal before looking up at Chunhee, wanting to seek for her opinion. " What do you think of long distance relationship? " I asked.
" Been there, done that. Honestly, would I do it again? I doubt so. It's just not for me, all my long distance relationship ends up failing. " She shrugged.
I started fiddling with my food, " Why? " She asked and I shook my head.
" I was watching a drama last night and it's based on long distance relationship. " I lied but she believed anyways.
I let out a sigh before I quickly finished my cereal. I had a quick wash up before leaving the house for my work.
When I got to the cafe, the both of them were already there. I walked into the cafe looking half-alive, I walked into the changing room and did my usual routine.
I walked out of the changing room and they dragged me over. " Why do you look this dead? Did you not sleep well? " I shook my head.
" Yes, I'm fine. " I said as I walked over to the coffee counter to make myself a strong cup of coffee.
" Are you sure you can work today? You're going to scare away every customer with your face looking this dead. " Jinsol said as she placed an arm around my shoulders.
With a blank look, I nodded. " I can. " I replied.
Leejin came over, staring at me intensively. " Are you sure you're okay? You look so drained. " I looked over at her as I forced a smile while nodding.
Just then, the bell rang and I turned towards the door to see Winwin. " Chujin, can we talk? " He looked really worried.
I pursed my lips before nodding.
As usual, the both of them went into the changing room while I stayed by the counter with Winwin.
After the talk last night, I felt distanced. " I can stay here if you want me to. Yes, my dream is to be a dancer but my greater dream is to be with you. " I gulped.
" Winwin, I honestly don't know what you should do. I want to be with you too but this opportunity is hard to come by. As much as I love you, I don't have the courage to go through a long distance relationship not knowing when you will ever come back or if you'd ever will. " I said.
I could see his pupils shaking slightly as she stared at me, speechless. " Winwin, I know what you want and you know that too. " I grabbed his hands.
" I want to stay with you! " He said.
I shook my head with a smile, " You know for yourself that you want to be a dancer. You know that deep inside of you, you'd regret if you don't take the chance. "
