Chapter 5 Ash

One day when Raven and I were walking on the side of the road to my house. And I noticed that my parents were outside and looked at me walking up to the house. My father stood up and walked up to us but for some reason, Raven started backing up. And to my surprised, my father grabs her by the wrist And slapped her. I pulled her out of his grip, "What the hell!" I yelled at him. But he acted like he didn't even hear me! He started screaming about her staying away from me and he told her to never come near me. he was about to hit her again I ran in front of her ....SLAP......I felt the sting on my face. I looked up at him with my eyes slightly watery. He looked at me in shock. by this time I and Raven are in the middle of the road. All I heard was a car horn. everything went in slow motion, I saw the car hit me and I looked at the raven. Her face slowly reacting to the sight in front of her. And then everything went black, and when I woke up in a room covered with stars and saw a girl. She had brown hair, she was heavyset, and her eye wasn't hazle but they weren't brown they were in-between. she had an art book she was sitting drawing something. I walked up to her. " hello?". I called to her. She looked up and automatically covered her face. she looked at me and said," oh, Ash I guess since you here already I guess you here to remember". I wanted to ask her what she meant, but then a hole opened under me and I fell. Then when I landed I saw these two girls playing in a field holding hands. One looked like a raven and the other looked like......me. and that's when I heard them say talking about how much they loved each other and they would never let each other go. Baby Raven said, even if you don't remember, no matter how long it takes, and no matter If you never know .....But what I know is that you will always find a way back into mine arms, as I to yours. And then I guess little me, looked at her in blush and smiled. Then they started swaying in a slow dace in the field of flowers. they were both happy in each other's warmth. I felt a tear roll down my face and many more came after that.......I remember. And slowly the sense changed to the two girls walking holding hands. and then they were attacked by a man. he slammed little me in the head with a baseball bat. and Little raven tackled the guy and beat him to a pulp. after that, she called for help and soon it arrived......I can't believe I had forgotten something so important. and then I was back in the room with the girl. who was still drawing but they were two now, they were talking about something about some person named Honey and her being too much of a dummy against "the kid". The twins looked up at me, the one I met first said, "welp...Time to go back again. Bye" and she waved and everything went dark again.
