The afterlife is... peaceful.
No wars...no enemies...and no fear of death once again.
The afterlife was peaceful, but then I found someone.

I sat in the grass, feeling my hair hit my face as the wind would blow. I sat here, alone. Dying young wasn't fun, because I was dead, and alone. It's been so long, some days I forget I'm even dead. The worst part about it all is I have to watch everyone go on with their lives without me.
I sighed and stood up. I stared at the sky and smiled.
"At least I'm free" I murmured to myself.
"Hey Blight"
I noticed that voice, the sweet honey in her voice made my ears flinch. I turned my head and my smiled dropped.
"Sorry I look like this, it was shitty how I died" she chuckled.
I took a step towards her and she took a step back.
"W..w-why...why are you here?!" I cried.
"Honestly, I thought I would live longer, but fate comes for us all"
"How..how did it happen?" I hesitated.
"A fight, it wasn't pretty, and Amity i-...I'm sorry I wasn't there when Boscha killed you..I could have at least been there to help you" Luz finally burst into tears.
I ran to her and held her in my arms.
"I'm so sorry I said I didn't need you! I always needed you!" She sobbed.
She dug her head into my chest and continued crying.
"And I'm sorry that I acted like a child! I shouldn't have tried to prove you wrong! These last 10 years have been miserable without you.."
"No, it's fine Luzy, please don't blame yourself...I just got you back and I dont need you to blame yourself for what happened" I whispered.
She held me closer and I smiled.
"I missed you too Luzy" I said in a hushed voice.
"Do you still love me?" Luz murmured softly.
"Why wouldn't I?" I snickered playfully.
She smiled and kissed me.
"I'm damaged Luz...and your not beyond repair...so you need to live and get over me" I whispered.
Luz looked at me and slowly faded away.
"I'm sorry...love"
Luz's POV
I sat up swiftly and felt my arms around myself.
"Fuck!" I cried.
I start sobbing more, trembling at the same time.
"Miss. Noceda, your awake! I-its a miracle!" The nurse exclaimed.
I didn't talk, I just stared.
"Your mother will be here to see you shortly"
I smiled weakly and nodded. The nurse walked out and my dead expression came back. I noticed something in my pocket and I pulled it out. It was a note, so I read it.
Hey Luz, I'm sorry I sent you back. But you have so much more to live for than just me. You don't need me, plus, you were to good for me anyways.
And...I'm sorry I didn't tell you what happened between me and Willow..but I hope one day when fate actually comes and you come see me again you'll find the decency to forgive me.
And Luz...tell Emira and Edric I love them.. because I never got to tell them that. Until we see eachother again, and when that day does come, I'll love you like no otter.
