Corey James Gibson.
From a young age he was abused and pushed to the side like he didn't matter. It was clear to him who his parents thought of as their favourite child-his brother- Matthew Gibson.The one who could never disappoint. The one whose parents always spoke so highly about.
Corey was told numerous times by his father that he was a mistake. That no one loves him and that he would never find live. Corey believed his father. Until he met her. Olivia Miller.
She changed him in ways he never thought possible . She turned his world upside down. She taught him to be patient and have hope- that is takes time to find the one. So he was patient, had hope and gave it time that he would find them. And he did. It was her.
Corey had never felt so alive and free than when he's with her. Olivia gave him a feeling of belonging. He was grateful for her and now that she was apart of his world, it was impossible for him to imagine one without her. He hoped that he could spend eternity with her.
But that soon changed. It was what happened that day. A day that would change the world he lived in forever. The day when he had to learn how to live without the person he cared for most by his side.
