All Corey wanted to do now was ask Olivia to be his girl. However he knew that she wanted to be asked in a way somewhat romantic.

They both have a few days off, so Corey took this as the perfect opportunity to ask.

He has the perfect idea. The fair. He would take her there just before sun was setting. From there he would take her to his house, where she would spend the night, before Corey takes her to the place it all began the following day.

Corey walked into work with a smile on his face, knowing what's to come. He walked straight to Olivia's office, not bothering to drop off his bag first. The door was already open. Olivia had her back to him meaning she hadn't seen him yet.

He snuck up behind Olivia and wrapped his arms around her waist. He felt her body tense up but it soon relaxed when she realised who it was.
"Hi."
She didn't respond. Instead she turned around in his arms and kissed him.
Corey smiled, followed by "Well good morning to you too."

Olivia laughed at his comment, before turning back around and continuing with what she was doing.
"Morning"
"I'm taking you on a date tonight."

"Oh really."
"Yes really. Dress casual."
"Where are we going?"
"It's a surprise."
"You love surprises don't you."
Corey laughed at her response and simply replied with
"You love it. Anyways I'll see you later. Pick you up at 6:30." And with that he left her office and began to walk across the floor and into his.

Olivia was now at home getting ready for the date. She picked a black lace romper and black open toe high heels, to wear. She was just finishing the final touches of her makeup, when she heard a knock at the door. She put down the brush that was in her hand, picked up phone and purse, before making her way to greet the person at the door.

She opened the door with a smile on her face.
"Hey"
"Hi"
"Ready to go?" Olivia nodded in response.
"Then shall we?" Corey said, holding his hand out for Olivia to take.
Olivia smiled once again, exiting her apartment and locking the door behind her, before taking Corey's hand.
"We shall."

Corey led Olivia down the stairs and to his car.
He had his hand on her thigh the whole car ride.
Olivia was confused as to where they were going. She truly had no idea.
That soon changed when Corey pulled into the car park, her face lighting up when she realised where they were, making Corey smile.

Corey exited the car before making his way to the other side, where he opened the door for Olivia.
"Thank you"
"You're welcome." Corey smiled at her before taking her hand and linking it with his.
Together they walked hand-in-hand into the fair.
"Where to first?" Corey asked.
Olivia looked around before pointing at the waltzers.
"The Waltzers"

The two spent the next few hours having fun and were about to leave, when Corey made a suggestion.
"How about we go on the Ferris wheel?"
Olivia nodded in response, before wrapping her arms around herself in an attempt to keep warm. Corey noticed this.
"You cold?" He asked her. Again Olivia nodded.
Corey took off the jacket he was wearing, offering it to her. She gladly took it from him, muttering a small "thank you" as she put it on.
"No problem."

Corey linked their hands again, before they joined the queue for the Ferris wheel.
They had finally reached the front of the queue and Corey being the gentleman he is, helped Olivia get in the carriage safely, before getting in it himself.

After a while, their carriage had come to a stop and was now at the top. It gave them the perfect view of the fair and was a perfect place to watch the sun set.
"This is cute"
"Well I think you're cuter." She blushed at his comment, but moved closer to him.
"You're pretty cute too I guess."
Corey playfully scoffed at this, making Olivia laugh. Oh how he loved that laugh.

They both started to lean in until their lips met once more. This time it was Corey who smiled into the kiss.
They pulled away, Olivia being the first to speak.
"And romantic", to which Corey just laughed.

For the rest of the ride, Olivia's head lay on Corey's shoulder, as he had one arm wrapped around her-the other resting on her thigh.
When the ride came to a stop, Corey got out first, before helping Olivia out.

It was silent for the majority of the car ride home. It was a comfortable silence. The two were just enjoying each other's presence. Once again, one of Corey's hands rested on her thigh, while the other had a firm grip on the steering wheel.

Olivia was in a daze, thinking about tonight's events, when she realised that Corey had driven past her apartment complex.
"You drove past my apartment."
Corey smiled, knowing that she was now confused.
"I know. We're going to my house instead."

Although Corey's house was only fifteen minutes away from hers, Olivia fell asleep in the car as she was extremely tired. Corey chuckled to himself when he realised she'd fallen asleep.

When he arrived at his house, he got out of the car and made his way to Olivia's side. He undid her seatbelt and picked her up, carrying her bridal style into his home, trying not to wake her.

Olivia wasn't in a deep sleep though, as she soon woke up when she felt and heard movement. She opened her eyes only to see Corey's face, Corey looking down at her at the same time.
"Where are we?" She asked.
"We're at my house. You were asleep so I figured I'd carry you inside."
"Thank you". Corey just nodded his head in response.

He set her down on the bed before making his way into his walk-in closet. He came back with a t-shirt and sweatpants in his hand.
"I figured you could do with some clothes to sleep in."
Olivia smiled at him.
"Thank you." Corey just smiled back.

She walked into the bathroom to get changed and when she was done, she re-entered the bedroom and slid into the bed, wrapping the covers around herself for warmth.
Corey laughed at her actions before sliding into the bed next to her.
She turned around and laid her head on his now shirtless chest, closing her eyes.

Even though she couldn't see his face, she knew he was smiling.
"Night Cor."
"Night Liv" he responded as he wrapped his arms around her waist, closing his eyes and letting his tiredness take over.
