Corey was overly excited for the date, that he ended up staying awake for most of the night, thinking of ways to make it perfect. Unfortunately none of his ideas were perfect enough.

With his lack of sleep, Corey definitely wasn't in the mood to go into work today.
His mood soon changed when he was greeted by Olivia, a smile appearing on both their faces, as he watched her walk into her office.

Corey was making his way to his office when an idea suddenly struck in his head. It was perfect. Now all that was left to do was set up the date and text Olivia the details.

When Corey entered his office, he dumped his bag on the floor and pulled his phone out of his pocket-messaging Olivia whilst he still remembered.
Corey: hey
Olivia heard her phone vibrate in her bag on the floor and pulled it out to find a message from Corey.
Liv: hey
Corey: our date's @ 7. Send me your address. I'll pick you up.
Liv: where are we going? My address is (random address)
Corey: it's a surprise. Dress casual. Bring a swimsuit.
Liv: see you there.

Olivia smiled and began to think about what she should wear for her date tonight. She had the perfect outfit.
Meanwhile, Corey was counting down the hours.

After what felt like forever, Olivia and Corey both finished work and could now head home. Olivia has never wanted to get home from work this fast before. By the time she got home, it was already 6pm, only giving her an hour to get ready.
Once she unlocked her apartment, she immediately dropped her bag on the floor and ran to the bathroom where she began getting ready for the date.
Luckily she managed to save time by reapplying her mascara and bronzer as everything else was still in good condition. She chose to wear her new plain black bikini and denim shorts, throwing her Why Don't We shirt over the top, topping off her look with a neat messy bun.
Once she was done, she checked the time on her phone, it read 6:45 pm. Fifteen minutes to spare. She spent those fifteen minutes watching tv and before she knew it, there was a knock at the door.

She opened the door to find Corey standing there smiling, holding a small bouquet of her favourite flowers. White roses. How did he-Jessica. "Hey. Come in." Corey stepped in too her home and handed her the flowers, which she gladly took. She took them into her kitchen putting them into a vase and water, before heading into her room.
"You ready to go?" Corey asked.
"Yeah just let me grab my phone and purse then we can go." Olivia shouted from the bedroom.
"Okay let's go." Olivia said, emerging from the bedroom. She walked towards the door, Corey following. She locked the door and began to descend the stairs of the apartment complex. When they reached Corey's car, he decided to be a gentleman and open the car door for Olivia. This didn't go unnoticed by her. You see even the littlest of things matter to her.
Corey made Olivia put a blindfold on so that it wouldn't ruin the surprise. Even when they arrived at their destination, Corey still wouldn't let Olivia take her blindfold off, instead he simply guided her. It didn't take long for Olivia to guess where they were. She could smell salt in the air and feel soft sand beneath her feet. They were at the beach.

Corey stopped walking and Olivia took this as opportunity to take off her blindfold. She was indeed correct. Olivia's jaw dropped as she took in the sight in front of her. There was a teepee- a small table stood in the middle- surrounded by candles and rose petals. It was the most romantic thing Olivia had ever seen.
"Do you like it."
"I love it. I just wasn't expecting anything like this." Olivia replied.
" Well a woman like you deserves something special."
It was safe to say that Olivia was impressed. Only she couldn't help but wonder how Corey had managed to set all of this up. It was as if Corey could read her thoughts that he answered her question.
"I had a friend help me out. He set all this up."
"It's cute. Shall we." Olivia said as she took a seat.

The two enjoyed getting to know each other. They had finished their meal just as the sun was setting.
Olivia laughed at something Corey had said and noticed he was staring at her, leaning in. She too leaned in, their lips about to touch when Olivia's phone went off.
Olivia pulled her face away, clearing her throat and pulled her phone out of her pocket to see who was calling.
