After a few moments of Germany staring at the positive test, he walked into the kitchen, where Felancina was sitting at the table, face down into the fabric that covered it. "What are we-a going to do, Luddy?" She asked, eyes glistening with tears. It tore a part of the German's heart off, seeing such beauty cry. "I... I don't know, liebe. Lets call the doctor, and make sure this wasn't some mistake." He suggested. The Italian got up and hugged Ludwig, her curl snapping up into a heart shape. "Good idea." she smiled. This gave Germany another clue. Maybe it wasn't a mistake. That sudden mood swing really told him that she was pregnant, but he didn't want to stress Felancina.

At the doctors office, Italy held Germany's hand as they walked in. They set up an appointment a few hours ago. One of the doctors led the two into one of the rooms, where the doctor took another test. He put it in some new hi-tech machine, to make sure it didn't make a mistake. The doctor looked down at it. "Yep, pregnant." He said. "W...what?" Felancina asked, her skin paling and tears gathering in her amber eyes. Ludwig put a hand on her shoulder. "Don't vorry, liebe. Ve can make ze best of this." Italy's frown faded and looked up at Germany as the doctor walked out to get some papers and prescriptions. She looked down at her stomach, which wasn't really visible. "So, there's really a bambino in here?" She said, poking her belly, causing Ludwig to laugh slightly. "It seems there is." He said, stroking her hair.

After the two signed some papers, they gave them to the doctor and set up an appointment for the Gynecologist in a few days. They both walked out of the office. Suddenly, Felancina stopped. "Oh, dio..." "Vhat is it sweetheart?" He asked. "What am I gonna tell Lovina?!" She said, putting her hand over her mouth. Germany put his hand on her shoulder. "Calm down liebe. Stress isn't good for you or the baby. We'll figure something out, and don't worry, I'll make sure I'm far away from her when you tell her." he joked, which got a giggle from the Italian country.
