Alibaba handed Aladdin the melons he had stolen from theat repulsive merchant. "Please tell me I can go out on job by myself soon Aladdin?" Alibaba asked hopefully.

"Eventually Baba. I'll let you know when." He put the melons in a small chest and locked it, hiding the key in his pants. Aladdin turned back to the stranger he saved earlier. "What brings the prince to his city's slums this fine day." He leaned back against the wall, observing the priceless look on the princes face.

"I am not the prince. What are you taking about boy?"

"Well. Your posture is to good for you to 'ave been raised here. Your speech pattern is proper. And you can't eve steal from a lowly merchant. Your either the prince, or someone related to him." Aladdin circled the prince, pointing out everything he saw different.

"And how do you know what the prince acts like, street rat? You've probably never even been to the palace."

Aladdin mentally gave up the arguement. "Your right I haven't. But I know people. And I know the prince." He walked away from Jesinei.

"Aladdin? What about tat scar on yo-"

"Stop Alibaba. That's enough. I already told you its a long story. Now, go help our palace representitive back to where he belongs." He gave a side glance and left.

Alibaba gazed longingly at the door before motioning the prince to follow him. "What scar were you talking about?"

"He has a bad scar across his nose. He never told me where he got it. But it has always been there. The first time a remember seeing it, it was a bloody cut. I think I was three of four yearrs old then." Alibaba led Jesinei down some stairs. The only way out other than jumping roofs.

"You're a very talkitive boy, Alibaba." He let out a small chuckle.

"Yea I guess. Other then Aladdin I dont have many people to talk to," he turned to Jesinei. "Are you really the prince?!"

"Promise me you won't tell Aladdin."

"I promise. I promise."

Jesinei leaned down to the short boys height and whispered, "I'm the prince."

Alibaba jumped up and down. "I knew it. I knew it. I knew it! Yes!"

"How old are you Alibaba?"

"Uh. Fourteen or fifteen I think," He scrathed his head. Alibaba looked at Jesinei hopefully. "Will you come back prince?"

"Please Alibaba. Call me Jesinei. I'm not the prince now." He followed Alibaba through the backstreets of Balthazar, slowly climbing the hill to the palace. "Yes. I promise I will come back. Please tell Aladdin I'm sorry for whatever I said to make him upset." He said, the earlier conversation weighing some guilt on his conscious.

"I will. Goodbye Jesi." Alibaba took off in a sprint in a sprint when they reached tha palace. Jesinei discarded the old rags of clothing and put on his royal clothes. He clambered up the vines of the wall and launched himself over, landing not-so-softly on the other side.

Raja pounced on him imeadiatly, knocking him into the ground again. "Hahaha Raja! Let me up. Its only been a few hours!" He glanced up at the sky to see it was fading into sunset. He had been gone all day. Venturing outside the walls for the first time. 'Mother must be worried! Or pissed...'

He roughly shoved Raja off of him, much to the wolfs disapointment, and dashed inside. He ran through the corridors and into the main hall was waiting with all her advisors crowded around her. She noticed him enter and shouted loudly.

"Jesinei! Where have you been all day! You missed your lesson and 3 omiais! Tell me where you were!" She struggled to stand up and walk to him. Her most trusted advisor, Miriam (a total witch with the hots for Jesinei in his opinion), helped her to him.
