Percy Jackson || Betrayed

Chapter 1: I meet three cheerleaders in a forest.

'Where am I?' was my first thought as I woke up. I looked at my surroundings only to find I was in some sort of forest, the sun was just beginning to rise, my head was pounding and I had no clue where I was, great just how I wanted to start my day. I began to stand up but that caused my headache to worsen so I sat back down.

I looked at myself and saw that I had on nothing but an orange t-shirt, boots and trousers. I patted myself down and found nothing but a pen. 'Well that isn't going to be useful', I thought to myself. So, I can't stand up, I only have a pen, and I have amnesia, this is just great!

My headache was starting to lessen so I gave standing up another try, this time I could stand up without my headache killing me, well at least something is going right for me. I started to walk around, I was surrounded by trees and I couldn't seem to see the end of them. So, as any logical human being would do, I shouted a the top of my lungs, 'Helloooo, anybody there?' I got no response, the only voice was my echo.

I started to panic, I was all alone in a forest I didn't even know with only a pen to defend myself from dangers, I was going to die! I started to run with my hands up in the air, flapping them wildly, for a full 5 minutes before I got a hold of myself. 'Calm down Percy', I told myself, 'Deep breaths, just like annab--- told you', just as my mind was saying annab it started screeching and then told me 'told you'. First of all, what's going on with my head, and second who's annab?

Once I calmed down I decided I needed to do something other than panic as that's not going to help me. Just then I heard some rustling and out came a girl in cheerleader uniform and behind her came out two other cheerleaders. "Thank god, I thought I was going to die", I said to the three girls as I started to kneel in front of them. "Gods, that curse zue-", the second girl said before the obvious leader elbowed her. 'What curse, and who is zoo?', were the only two thought going through my head.

"Heey", the leader said.

"Umm, hi?" I said.

"He really doesn't know anything", the third cheerleader whispered to the second cheerleader.

"No, he doesn't" the second whispered back.

"Does anybody mind telling me what's going on, why I'm in a forest with only a pen please?" I asked

"Sorry, but he has not allowed any greeks to help you, for the time being", the leader said and proceeded to walk away with the other two cheerleaders following her.

"By he, do you mean zoo, and what do you mean greeks?" I shouted at them, as I said zoo I heard one of them laugh, but she didn't stop and help me. "Hello?" I shouted again but they had disappeared. I slowly sat down and started crying, I was all alone and the only people I've seen said they are not allowed to help me.
