Ello. So, okay. No one has read the last chapter yet, but when people do, they may be confused. No, Nicola and Ruth aren't, well... in this story. I love them, but for the sake of the story, they aren't in it.
-Piper-Chapter 2-
After reading this information on Geoff and Liam, I found out that they currently live in Wolverhampton, wherever that is. Liam is 17, so the same age as me. I think we might be twins or something, because in this picture of him, we have really similar facial features and were the same age. We even have the same birthmarks on our necks.
Apparently, Karen left Dad for some other guy called Rowan. Hmmph. Apparently she was seeing him for 2 years before I was born. Well, great. My mother was a whore. Woohoo.
I also learnt that Dad was remarried. I don't blame him. I would, too. She's called Sioned. I find it funny how my parents both went for Welsh 'fallback's, though it does get me thinking.
I decided I would do it, I would go find my brother. I would go find Daddy. I would go home, for home is where the heart is.
I looked over the road and spotted a middle age couple I recognised as Mr. and Mrs. Somers.
"S-Scuse me?" I whimpered, feeling weak. I heard a gasp, and the pair rushed to my side.
"Piper? I thought you ran away?"
"Where's Wolverhampton?" I ignored the previous question.
"England, hun. Why?" Johanna asked.
"I need to go find my Dad. I have no money! Do you know where I could find a job on really short notice?" I sighed.
"Hey, hey. We'll pay." Fred soothed.
"No," I rejected, stubbornness taking over my body, "I can't let you do that."
"Please? Yes you can. Piper! You're too considerate, think about yourself! Think about it as if this was pay for looking after the plants at school in year 10." Fred laughed. I nodded meekly and we all got into the car to drive to the airport.
"Here's the money." Johanna smiled. I thanked her in response and bought my ticket for the 6:39 flight to Heathrow.
