It was about 2am when Akaashi woke up from his phone ringing. When he looked at his phone there were 20+ missed calls from Bokuto-san. They haven't talked in months so Akaashi was confused, but answered anyway. He picked up the phone to a crying Bokuto. "'Kaashi... Can you pick me up please?..." Akaashi's heart hurt hearing the male cry. "Y-Yeah where are you?" Bokuto texted the address and they hung up.

When Akaashi reached his destination he saw a crying cut up and bruised Bokuto. Akaashi got out of his car. "Bokuto-san, are you okay?.." Bokuto looked over at Akaashi and ran up to him, crying, "Can you take me somewhere away from here, please?..." Akaashi shook his head yes and took the male into the car and sat down.

Akaashi drove home both of them in comfortable silence. When they arrived at Akaashi's house they got out of the car and Bokuto sat down on the couch. "So what happened....?" Bokuto's eyes started tearing up again as he recalled his boy- his ex-boyfriend beating him. "Um.. Kuroo got drunk and started beating me..." Bokuto could see anger in Akaashi's eyes. "He WHAT?" Bokuto flinched from the sudden loud noise. "It's fine, I'm okay. I just need my cuts to be cleaned..." Akaashi's heart hurt as he watched the owl male flinch. "Bokuto-san, are you sure you're okay?" Bokuto shook his head yes just wanting his cuts to be cleaned so he could sleep.

Akaashi left the room silently filled with rage. I swear, next time I see Kuroo I'm going to kill him. He thought to himself as he clenched the first aid kit. Akaashi walked over to Bokuto asking him to sit still so he could clean his cuts. "Shh, Shh... It will be okay, Bokuto-san, I promise." A pale blush appeared on Bokuto's face. He still liked Akaashi and it was showing.

Akaashi finished cleaning Bokuto's cuts and brought him one his dad's shirts to put on since Akaashi's clothes are too small. "Thank you for picking me up. I'm sorry for not talking to you the past couple of months. I didn't realize how bad Kuroo was until he hit me." Akaashi felt so bad for him. He could tell how terrible Kuroo was at the beginning. I should've talked to him about my concerns. It's all my fault... "Akaashiii can we cuddle please? I'm cold." Akaashi pulled Bokuto into a hug and they fell asleep like that.

I swear it hurt more for me to write Kuroo being the bad guy than it hurt to read- He redeems himself- There will be an entire chapter on him apologizing to Bo- Okay thank you for reading- Andy le Author
