Bokuto was slightly terrible at academics and he knew about this kid a year under him who was extremely smart and he let people pay him to do their homework. So when it was lunch time he went to find him. The best description he got of the boy was that he had short, curly black hair; dark, gunmetal blue eyes, and glasses that perfectly framed his face. Most of the girls he asked said the boy was 'hot' but bokuto was going to decide that for himself.
Just as he was about to give up on his search he noticed a boy sitting on the ground crying who matched the exact description he was given. Bokuto decided to walk up to him and ask if he was okay "Hey, are you okay?" The blue eyed boy looked up at him in shock and a little bit of fear "Y-Yeah im fine." It was easy to tell that wasn't true but he wanted to cheer the boy up. Bokuto gave a bright smile and helped the boy stand up "You're a year younger than me right?" the boy shook his head yes.
They walked and talked for a while before Bokuto realized he hadn't told him his name. "Oh by the way i'm Bokuto." Akaashi smiled for the first time in a long time. "I know Bokuto-san we walk next to each other during lunch, you just never notice me." Bokuto's eyes widened in shock. "OH MY GOD! I'm so sorry I'm usually just thinking of random shit, so I'm not paying attention to my surroundings." Bokuto went on his phone to check his emails and noticed the school sent out an email saying school was out for the rest of the day because cleaners were coming.
Akaashi looked up at the smiling boy "Oh I forgot," He looked up at the slightly taller boy and smiled, "My name's Keiji Akaashi." Cute that's all Bokuto could think of. He finally realized that he agreed with those girls. This boy was definitely hot. "So where are you going after school?¨ Bokuto asked. "Probably just home, maybe a cafe. I don't have any homework today, thankfully." Bokuto forgot what he needed Akaashi for "Hey, um, I was wondering if I could do my trigonometry and geography homework for a couple weeks. I'll pay you of course" Akaashi thought for a couple seconds Should I do the homework of the guy I've had a crush on for months? "Okay Bokuto-san."
The next day Akaashi went to school with Bokuto's homework in hand. During lunch, Akaashi went over bokuto's table and handed him his trigonometry homework "Here, Bokuto-san." Bokuto grabbed the homework, "Thank you, Akaashi." he said as he gave a bright smile. Akaashi has never felt so nervous in his entire life, though it was hard to tell. "Why don't you sit down and eat lunch with me?" Bokuto asked. Akaashi's face turned slightly pink and then he calmed himself down "No its fine Bokuto-san." Akaashi didn't want to get his hopes up because most of the guys he had crushes on ended up being straight.
Bokuto looked up at akaashi with pleading eyes "Please Akaashi!" Akaashi's face turned slightly pink "F-Fine." Akaashi sat down next to bokuto and started eating "Akaashi why are you so quiet?" Akaashi looked up and noticed he was the only one who wasn't talking to someone "Sorry bokuto-san, I just don't talk to people often." bokuto thought for a second "Oh okay you seemed like you were spacing out a little but i was wondering you wanna come over to my place later?"
