"David" Josh whispered, shaking his shoulder gently.

David was asleep on his bed, a black hood pulled over his head. His nose and cheeks dusted pink from a fever that was developing due to being sick. White tissues were scrunched up on the floor next to him and every time he took a breath in you could hear him sniffle due to a blocked nose.

"David" Josh tried again. "You need to get up cub, I have your medicine."

David scrunched up his face and whined.

"c'mon cub." Josh said whilst hooking his hands under David's arms and pulling him upright.

"Josh nooooo." David tried to slide back under the sheets but josh held him in place.

Once he stopped struggling josh took a little time to look at him. David's hair was sicking out from under the hood, his eyes still closed but his mouth was slightly open allowing him to breathe easier even though his breathing was still heavy. Josh reached out to push some of David's hair off of his forehead but quickly pulled his hand back feeling how warn he was.

"David you're boiling hot. Its not good to be that hot." Josh said worriedly and started pulling back the covers from his legs.
