The eerie chill felt when Penny-wise said, "We all float down here... you'll float too" is not something that can be underestimated. The goosebumps, the adrenaline rise and the frightening alertness when faced with a scary situation is very memorable. We call forth all such creepy tales that leave us wide awake at night and restless all day along.
