I wake up and realise I have to speak to Oscar in the morning great .
I throw on leggings and a oversized top , I really couldn't be bothered today .
I hear a knock on my door
Gia - come in
Dwayne - um Ruby is here for you
Gia - ok lemme just put my shoes on
He starts walking around awkwardly
Dwayne - so you and him are going to school early together , just you and him
I laugh
Gia - what are you implying
Dwayne - well are you and Ruby um talking on that level , I think he is a nice boy and all but
He thinks I am going out with Rubes I am going to go along with it
Gia- but what Dwayne
I bite my lip to hold back my smirk
Dwayne comes and sits next to me .
Dwayne - well I don't want you to have a boyfriend as then you won't have time to get to know us as your family
I burst out laughing and he looks confused
Gia - Dwayne ruby is my friend and nothing more . One he is 15 , two he is my height I like guys a little taller . Also thank you btw, you are really trying and I appreciate it but i want you to know it might take long for me to show it back
He lets out a big breath
Dwayne - thank God you don't like him , it would be ok if you did though it could be a lot worse and I understand take your time baby .
He leaves the room after that and leaves me thinking about Oscar .
I said I like taller guys and Oscar is very tall and his not younger then me . He is very much older then me at his age of 21.  Not to Mention the Santos and Everything .
Rubes - Gia let's goo please
I walk outside and hug rubes , I can feel him shivering .
We start to walk to the Diaz house .
Gia - you ok rubes
Rubes - no I am going to see a gang member
Gia - well I should be more worried , we had a argument yesterday over him whipping out a gun and I pushed him
Rubes - why didn't you tell me that before we are going to die
We get there , luckily rubes hasn't run away yet, he tried twice though .
Rubes - omg it's acid let's just go
Gia - stop being scared we got to get it over and done with .
Rubes starts to walk away . I am not staying here by myself .
Gia - ayo spooky get out here
Rubes - Gia omg
Oscar comes outside with no top on . Shit all his muscles on display like that , he hasn't got defined abs but that's even better .
He notices me staring and smirks , oh so what happened yesterday is forgotten about . He is such a dickhead .
Oscar - you like what you see mama , remember what you said yesterday I am all yours .
I roll my eyes and walk past him
Gia - let's just get this conversation over with
He looks me up and down as I walk past and rolls his eyes .
Oscar - sup fool
He says to ruby then he brings out two cans , for them to sit on . Um excuse me where's mine
I look at Oscar
Gia - I am sorry , do I not exist
Oscar looks me up and down again and bites his lips.
Oscar - don't apologise, you definitely exist  you know you got a seat here
He taps his lap , but I ain't playing his games I will play my own games .
Gia- good idea
I go and removes rubes shaking hands from his lap and sit on it .
I can feel him tense up under me .
He whispers
Rubes - Gia um can you get off of me because spooky is looking like he wants to kill me , also I need to put my backpack on my lap because that's the first time a girl has sit on my lap so umm you know .
I realise what he is talking about ewwww, before I can get up myself Oscar picks me up and puts me on his lap . I see Rubes quickly put his bag on his lap . I turn to look at Oscar to see if he noticed as he would murder Rubes on spot . Oscar face is so close to mine as he was looking at me before , he leans in closer if he tries to kiss me right now I will fully knock his ass out . He comes closer to me ear and says
Oscar - when this fool goes wait here we need to talk .
I nod and he kisses my cheek and goes back to talking to rubes .
Oscar - what's up with the glitter
I was actually wondering that myself but couldn't be bothered .
Rubes - late night at the club ,you know how hynas be
I laugh uncontrollably  , what hynas this idiot know.  The guy got a boner from me sitting on his lap for 0.0003 seconds .
Hands grab on my waist to keep me still
Oscar says in a tone he had in the car when I was teasing him
Oscar - stop moving mama
I stop laughing ,people get boners from anything
Oscar says to ruby - I feel you homie , sometimes the hyna I be with wear that shit and be all up on me and I can't get that shit out for days .
Gia - well then maybe you should of claimed those glitter hoes .
Oscar chuckles - no need to be jealous mama
Gia - I ain't jealous asshole , your weird how you gonna force me to be on your lap and won't let me get off but you gonna talk about hynas
Oscar - aight bet Can i go back to my conversation
I roll my eyes
I zone out for the conversation but it's seems like rubes plan to convince Oscar is not working. I feel my eyelids getting heavy and I close them .
I wake up in a bed which isn't mine. Why did he not just wake me up instead of putting me in his bed .
I check my phone , great it's 7pm wait I slept really good and I missed all of school .
My phone rings and it's Dwayne .
Dwayne - Gia where are you
He sounds really angry
Gia - at a friends house
Dwayne - oh ok baby have fun ,call me if you need me
Gia - umm ok bye Dwayne
He hangs up , it is pretty pathetic tbh. I am so fucked up that even when I am in trouble he lets me off because he is glad I have a friend .
The door opens and Oscar walks in and smiles .
Oscar - morning mama
Gia - it's 7pm Oscar, I missed all of school and slept most of the day .
He comes and sits next to me and stares at me .
Gia - why are you staring at me
Oscar - I let you sleep in as it looked like you needed the sleep
I smile , so he does have good intentions .
Gia - thank you , I should go
Oscar - no stay for dinner , Cesar is not here and I cooked so it would be a waste if you didn't .
Gia- what did you cook
Oscar - Italian
I smile and shake my head .
Gia- Italian huh any reason why
He chuckles , and I can't help but smile , I think I am really starting to like this Guy but we still got to talk about yesterday .
Oscar - I thought Italian would be a good choice as there is this fine ass hyna I know and she is half Italian , so is she staying for dinner
I laugh , it feels good to laugh again and have no worries on your mind .
Gia - I just talked to her and she said yes
Oscar leans in closer to me and I can feel his breath on my lips .
Oscar - good
I put my hands on his chest and push him back .
Gia - we need to talk about yesterday
He nods and lifts me out of bed .
Oscar - let's talk about it in the garden , give you a little fresh air
Gia - ok but can I have shower first , before I go out this room as one of your Santo homeboys might turn up and I ain't embarrassing myself looking like a mess .
Oscar - you look beautiful
I blush , wtf I never blush .
He laughs , and then goes into his wardrobe .
Oscar -hmm never thought you would blush , but it makes you look cute
Gia - I am not cute and I ain't blushing
I hate the word cute , i have heard that from so many foster parents in my life but then they treat me like shit but it is kinda nice hearing him saying it .
Oscar- you right you sexy , now would the sexy person in the room want any clothes
He picks out clothes from the wardrobe .
Gia- you are already wearing clothes though
Shit I didn't think before I spoke , did I just call him sexy maybe he won't catch on .
He starts walking towards me with that stupid smirk on his face .

He backs me up into a wall , why is he the only person I have ever let do that .

He keeps on smirking and hands me clothes .
Oscar - it's one of my t shirts and my smallest joggers, they don't fit me so they should fit you .
Gia- thank you , can I use your shower or other one .
Oscar - my shower ,let's go
Gia - boy I will knock u out
He laughs - when you get out we will talk and then I will serve up dinner .
He leaves and I shower and put on his clothes . They smell really good and I quite like wearing them , even thought the bottoms are his smallest they are still are a bit baggy .
so I look so fat right now in his clothes , but who am I impressing right .
I walk out to the garden and he is sitting on his back porch . He looks up at me and smiles . It's not his usual smirk , it's his smile that I don't think he shows anyone else . He always has that I am spooky thing going on .
Oscar - you look good in my clothes
Gia - shut up , it doesn't even fit .
Oscar - so I know how that body looks underneath it and no one else will when they see you in it . Sit down let's talk
I listen and sit down next to him , before I speak he does .
Oscar - I am sorry about yesterday , I was a dick and I get jealous and I can't change that but I brought out a gun in-front of you and I saw you flinch and I am a Puto shouldn't of done that .
Gia - he was just a friend , not anymore I don't think
I still that sly smile on his face and he looks down .
Oscar - I know , I saw those hands . It looks like you must of really hurt him
Gia- I did , try not to sound too happy
Oscar - sorry mama , I flipped I saw your legs around him and I didn't want your legs around another man like that . Then I fucked it up even worse and I picked up a gun
Gia- would you have shot him
Oscar looks down again .
Oscar - maybe
Gia - can we go to the beach , it's dark and I want to talk to you about why I flinched
Oscar looks at my stomach and then looks up back up at me .
Oscar - you do
Gia - Yh I do
Am I really going to tell this boy about me, I haven't even been here that long , I have been here for a month
( like I said before it doesn't really follow the movie timeline , so just go along with it )
We go into his car and before he starts the car he grabs my thigh and looks at me .
Oscar- you sure you want to talk to me about that shit , you don't have to .
I put my hand on his hand and push his hand off , I don't really want any physical touch until I tell him my story .
Gia - I do , start the car .
We get to the beach and I get out the car .
Gia- have you got any blankets in the back , for us to lie on .
He smirks and gets the blankets .
Gia - stop smirking , I just don't want to get these clothes all Sandy
Oscar carries on smirking and says - I know .
I take the blankets off him and lay them on the beach . I lie down on them and I feel Oscar lie down next to me .
Shit now i have to have that conversation with him .
