For the sake of fun! Don't you agree? (Vex x Reader)

The Interstellar Junction

You and Sackboy arrive at The Interstellar Junction and exit the rocket. You look around for a few seconds before being startled by a hologram of N.A.O.M.I.

After greeting you two Naomi asks what brings you two here, SB then shows Naomi the plan "Of course, you must be SackBoy and Y/n, on a mission to stop Vex from draining the stars of there power to fuel his Topsy Turver." Naomi exclaims. "I have some items for the two of you so you can work together effectively, but unfortunately I have misplaced Y/n's items. I'm terribly sorry about that." Naomi says in calm voice.

"That's alright Naomi, don't worry." You say in a calm manner. "We'll be able to find them, right bud?" You look at Sb and he nods. "Well then I'll give you both directions to where your items are Y/n." Naomi says and gives directions to the items in question.

You and Sackboy make your ways to your items, which happened to be similar to Sb's items. You notice something odd about the floor, "that's a little odd..." regardless of saying that you walk up to the items and put on the gloves and boots and test them out. "Cool, these can be useful."

Sackboy smiles and goes to walk to you, but the floor turns into a box around you, causing Sackboy to bang on the metal to try to get you out. You look at the box and notice there was a grate at the top with a hook attached to it, "Purr-fect."

A claw grabs the hook and the box starts moving with the hook. "Gah! What in the name?!" Sackboy was trying to make the box stop before it gets out of his reach. But despite Sb catching up, the claw carries you off to another part of the Interstellar junction.

Naomi greets you after you get out of the box. "I'm sorry about that, somethings have been going a little haywire since Vex had arrived and due to his arrival your items had been boobytrapped." Naomi says calmly.

"When did he arrive?" You ask Naomi only to be picked up by Vex. "Ah Y/n! So nice of you to arrive." Vex says in a chipper tone, he had a smile on his face which made you smile as well. "It's nice to see you as well Vex." You hug Vex to the best of your ability and he hugs you without crushing you.

Naomi directs the both of you to another room but a portal unlike Vex's opens, and two people run through the portal, someone with platinum blonde hair wearing a white and pale blue kimono and a white kitsune mask carrying someone with pink hair and pastel pink dress then run through another portal, making the other close.

You, Vex and Naomi, have confused looks on your faces but brush that strange event off and continue on into the next room. You and Vex go up ahead and Naomi stays behind to 'greet' Sb, "This is fun, don't you agree Y/n?" Vex asks you in an excited manner. "This is pretty fun, I will admit." You smile a bit and laugh in pure glee causing Vex to laugh as well.

Meanwhile, SB meets up with Naomi again and pretty much fights her. You and Vex were having a grand time, you both were dancing to a beat Vex called chaos. Sackboy eventually defeats Naomi, or the bugs in her programming that is, and stumbled upon you and Vex dancing. He couldn't say but he felt something tug at his heart, but he stay hidden for the time being.

When you and Vex finished dancing, Sb was going to interrupt the moment, but you two and Vex had disappeared. Sb looks around for a minute before deciding to keep going to the goal.

Sb eventually gets to the goal before being stopped by Vex, who then explains a few things, "After all you've done, You're nothing but a glorified spark plug!" Vex taps Sb's nose creating a spark, then Vex's arm turns into a vacuum in a quick movement, and he starts taking the dreamer orbs from Sack Boy.

"Yes! Craft world is a land Uproar now! Every fear, every nightmare will become reality. Oh, this is going to be FUN! I'll be sure to tell all your friends what you did!" Vex laughs and jumps into one of his portals leaving Sackboy in despair.

Vex returns to the Topsy Turver where he left you, "I see your plan has almost come to fruition." Vex picks you up for you to have a better view of the surroundings. "What is your plan for all this?" You ask curiously.

"Well peace can be boring if it's there all the time, don't you agree?" Vex asks which you nod to answer. "Chaos can be rather fun, right?" You nod again. "I started this all for the sake of fun!" You pause for a few moments then smile.
