The first time Sykkuno heard the song was actually from Gawr Gura a.k.a the shark girl's valentine stream. For someone like Sykkuno it's not exactly surprising that he hasn't heard about the song, but on the other side, it's freaking vanilla twilight.

Since the first time he heard it, he immediately knew that this is something special, He even wanted to try and learn to play it on his guitar. For weeks, he tried to learn and perfect it. There's only one thing in his thought while doing all this hard work. She must've liked it. It was the one and the only thing he thought of every time he practices it on his guitar.

He knew he wasn't very good at playing it, and him trying to squeeze practices between streaming and all the other things while maintaining it a secret from her is a pretty hard thing to do. 

He gave himself two weeks. Sure it's enough time to perfect one song right? How hard could it possibly be? For all the things he had jinxed before, he surely hoped he didn't jinxed it this time.

As the day slowly passed, he became better and better.. Sometimes there's this sudden urge to tell her about it whenever they're on a call, or on facetime, sometimes he just wants to say it. But for the sake of the surprise, he holds himself. This is a special thing after all. He doesn't want to screw it up.

When the deadline finally came, he became really nervous.. Well, he gets nervous over the smallest thing so this isn't a new feeling. He just doesn't want to mess it up. He worked hard for it and if he actually mess it up, he swore he'll be sad for a long time

and then morning of the dreaded day came, he typed and sent a short good morning text to a certain someone.

'Morning! How you feeling today?'

He knows that this girl won't be waking up for at least an hour. Her 12 hour stream that she did yesterday was crazy and during the whole stream he couldn't stop thinking about how tired her voice is and how she should be resting as soon as possible. He secretly thanked god that she wasn't streaming today. 

'I just woke up :( reallyyy tiredd'

After taking a shower, Sykkuno glanced over his phone where he saw that she replied to his text. He smiled and hurriedly changed into his clothes. He grab his phone and dialed her number.

'good morning you weirdo'  

Sykkuno smiled upon hearing the voice he loves. He hopes that his plan works out the way he planned it.

'Morning rae! You still sound so dead, are you okay?' he asked

'I don't even know'

'I want to show you something. Can we switch to facetime ?"

'What? Facetime at this hour? What is happening? Where's my Sykkuno?'

'What do you mean? I just want to show you something!'

For the quick second they switch to facetime, Sykkuno grab his guitar and prepared his heart

'Huh? Your Guitar?'

'Yep! I heard this song two weeks ago and from the first time I hear it, all I could've think of is you'
