"Okay listen up bitches," Jin shouts from the stage.
The sun was slowly starting to become hotter and hotter each passing day, and when there were cold winds, the drama club was just fortunate to sit in the big hall, with plenty of heaters, glass windows that allowed streams of sun to pour into the room, casting a warm glow on everything.
Jungkook stops talking to an interested Jimin, Hoseok and Taehyung about how to make pot butter, to look up at Jin. Taehyung, however, was still interested, and tapped his boyfriend by the shoulder, "so after you make the butter can you have it with anything?" Taehyung asks, leaning in to whisper.
Everyone's focus was on Jin, who was now rambling on about the play, but Taehyung continued to tap Jungkook on the shoulder annoyingly. Jungkook, with a loud sigh, quickly turns around, "Taehyung, what do you want?"
With a satisfactory grin, Taehyung smiles happily, now having his boyfriend's attention, "can you spread the butter on toast and then eat the toast and get high from it?" He asks, genuinely interested. Rolling his eyes, Jungkook whispers, "I don't bloody know, I haven't tried it before," he tried to turn back around but Taehyung stops him.
"Well d'you want to try it? Getting high from something as simple as butter and toast seems so cool," he drawls out in a whisper, his tone as excited as a kid getting told that they're going to Disney land.
"Taehyung I'm not going to get high with you," Jungkook harshly insists, trying to focus on Jin's last words instead of listening to whatever Taehyung was rambling on about. Taehyung, continues to speak about all the different things you could add butter too, until Jungkook stands up, making others glance at him before looking back at Jin.
Grabbing Taehyung by the hand, Jungkook leads him out of the hall, apologizing profoundly to Jin who just chuckles in return.
Taehyung gulps as he allows himself to be dragged. They make it to a janitors closet, and Taehyung is shoved in. Jungkook pulls at the light string, the bulb flickering a little before it switches on. Taehyung is met with Jungkook's stern but soft glare, his arms crossed, back against the door.
"What is up with you Taehyungie?" Jungkook says, voice gentle. If one thing his friendship and relationship with Taehyung taught him, it was that you had to be gentle with Taehyung to pry things out of him.
"And before you say nothing," Jungkook starts, "you've been rambling on about tiny, little and unimportant things, which means there's something big in your mind that's got you thinking a lot," Jungkook says, taking one of Taehyung's hand in his.
Taehyung tries to keep the gig up, trying his best to come up with a lie to ward Jungkook away from him but as he looked into those twinkling, doe eyes, he realised that he couldn't lie to Jungkook. Truth be told, Taehyung was stressing about the recent decision that he made where he made the choice to tell his mother about his homosexual relationship with another male.
Hands travelling up to Taehyung's shoulders, Jungkook asks once more, "what's on your mind Tae?" With a sigh, and the slump of his shoulders, Taehyung finally gives in, ready to tell Jungkook about his plan to speak to his overbearing and homophobic mother.
The only thing was, Taehyung didn't want Jungkook to feel like he was being pressured because of the relationship that they were in and hiding from her. He wanted to make it clear to Taehyung that the mint haired male made this choice completely on his own.
"I'm...going to tell my mother about us," Taehyung starts off, ripping the plaster off. Jungkook's eyes widen, words suddenly stuck at the back of his throat, like he had just accidentally swallowed a piece of mint flavoured gum.
