Flowers and surprsises

I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing at 8:00. It was pretty early for me, but wasn't too early. I picked up my phone and realized it was my boyfriend, Jacob calling. I smiled and cleared my throat before answering it.
"Good morning" he sang through the phone.
I smiled, "good morning"
"Happy Valentine's Day, babe. I hope you're ready for what I have planned"
"And what exactly do you have planned?" I asked, curiously.
"I can't ruin the surprise!" He laughed.
"Finee. Can I go back to sleep now though?" I giggled.
"Of course. Sorry for waking you babygirl "
"It's fine babe" I replied, "goodnight"
"Goodnight" he said and hung up.
I rolled over and tried to get comfortable again, but I just couldn't get Jacob out of my head. I wanted to know what the surprise was. I decided to just face the fact that I was awake and nothing was changing that. I got up and started the shower and got in. After my shower I got dressed and did my hair, nothing too special I just straightened it. I went downstairs to find that my mom wasn't home but there was a note on the counter.

Sorry I had to work. I might not be home until late tonight. But you have a great boyfriend, check the living room sweetie.
Mom

I walked out to the living room to find a giant teddy bear sitting on the couch, a big box of chocolate, and a bouquet of white roses in its lap. I smiled opened the box of chocolate to find there was a note inside.

Don't freak, you mom let me in your house to leave these. But on the other side of this note there's an address, go there for a surprise.

I smiled even bigger than before and grabbed the car keys. I walked out to the car and put the address in my GPS. When I got to the address it was a small dress shop. I walked in and the women at the counter ran over to me.
"are you (Y/N)?!"
"yes, why?" I asked confused.
"you have such a sweet boyfriend! Here" she said and handed me a note.

I know its not your thing, but pick out a dress. And don't worry, its already paid for. When you're done go to the address and on the back

I walked around the shop and found three dresses I liked. I tried them all on, and decided on a light bluish dress (to side). I walked out of the store with a smile on my face. Once again, I followed the address to my favorite shoe store. I walked in and for the second time, the lady at the counter rushed over to me.
"you're (Y/N) right?"
I nodded my head.
"your boyfriend is so sweet! Here you go" she said and handed me a third note.

There's only one more stop after this, I promise. But pick out a pair of shoes, also paid for. Make your way over to the address. See you soon

I found a pair of blue converse that I liked and decided on them. I drove to the address i was given, again. It was a hair dresser. I walked in and over to the counter.
"hi, do you have an appointment?" the women there asked.
"um I'm not sure actually" I laughed.
"name?"
"(y/n)"
"oh!" she walked out from behind the counter and lead me over to a chair.
She started washing, and playing with my hair. I decided to get it curled. After she was done she handed me another note.
"your boyfriend is such a great guy" she
Smiled.
"thank you" I smiled.

I can't wait to see you. I bet you look so beautiful baby girl. Meet me at this address.

I drove to the destination, excited to see Jacob again. When I walked in a man asked me my name. I told him what it was and he smiled and lead me to an empty table that had nothing but a note on it. I sat down and read the note.

This is the last note. I hope you know that I love you very much. Happy valentines day, baby girl. I love you.

I smiled and closed the note. I looked up to a smiling Jacob.
