What happens after the red string pulls tight and brings you to each other? Is it strong enough to withstand anything? Or is the red string vulnerable to being severed?
Christmas in Holmes Chapel is a wonderful break from the non-stop flights for Amy and Harry. Amy is unable to stop Harry from bursting through his Aunt and Uncle's door to yell "I'm here with my fiancée!" at the top of his lungs. Since everyone was at the engagement dinner a few days before, they chide him for his boisterous, but unnecessary, announcement.
"You're a big dork, you know that?" Gemma teases.
"I learned from the best," he says back, elbowing her in the ribs, creating a mini-scuffle between the siblings.
"Hey, hey! You two!" Harry's aunt chips in. "Harry, go help Ella and Ben with the kids. Gemma, get Amy a glass of wine. She's going to need it dealing with that rambunctious boy she said yes to marrying. And what is he wearing? This is Christmas dinner!" she yells towards him, "It's not a gym!"
Amy chuckles as Harry's aunt continues to tease him about his sweatpants and hoodie. Harry and Amy were leaving for their trip on the twenty-eighth, straight from Anne's house to the airport. Harry didn't want to bring warm dressier clothes and then have to pack them in his luggage since he knew he would be living in these sweatpants at his mum's place.
This year, Amy sits out the games, opting to entertain some of the littlest kids. She does enjoy Harry's exuberance and Gemma's bewilderment when they make a come from behind victory.

Back in Cheshire, he makes time to see some friends and Amy gladly hangs back to enjoy some girl time with Anne and Gemma.

When the day comes to leave, Harry is up early and annoyingly chipper for their flight proving how much more of a morning person he is than Amy. She manages to get a coffee in her before they leave for the airport. They've chartered a plane to Antigua and from there they will take a smaller plane to Anguilla. Adele is already there, having left the week before to spend Christmas on the island as well.
This is Amy's first flight on a private aircraft and she is stunned speechless by the whole experience. Niall teases her relentlessly, mimicking her dropped jaw and bug-eyed look. Harry laughs a little too much at the joke, piling on jokes of his own, so Amy moves over to a seat next to Ruby and begins coloring with her. After about an hour, Harry comes over lifting Ruby into his lap before taking her seat.
