Chapter 6

Danny POV

I parked in front of I-hop while everyone got out of the car. I took the key out and walked into I-hop and sat down at our table.
"When is Maria coming back again?" Stacey asked
"Two days." Aaliyah answered.
"What should we do tonight?"
Michael asked.
"I wanna go to the movies tonight" Aaliyah said.
"May I take your order?" A man interrupted. We placed our orders in and went back to the conversation.
"We can go to the Movies anytime we want when Maria is here. We need to do things that we can't do when she's not here." I said as they all agreed.
"Let's go to that skating rink by Compton. Maria will never let us go there." Aaliyah said.
"Yess." I said as we did our handshake. Our order came and we ate and laughed. The bill came and we all stared at eachother.
"I will be in the car." Aaliyah said running out the restaurant. "Wait for me!" Stacey said following her. It was just Michael and I sitting at the table. This nigga is definitely not a real man. I pulled out a wad of cash from my pocket and peeled 100 from it and layed it on the table and left.

Aaliyah POV

Danny was sitting in the back seat with me and Stacey and Michael were in the front. Danny's arm was around me and I was laying in his shoulder. I put my hand on his lap and felt something in his pocket. I dug in his pocket and in my hand was 10,000. I started fanning myself with the money and Danny didn't even notice.
"Look what I found" I whispered in his ear.
"Girl gimme my money." He said laughing Trynna snatch it.
"Can I have it." I begged.
"Ii Aaliyah." He said. I smiled and jumped on his lap and we started kissing, I didn't care if Stacey and Michael was still in the car. My love for Danny was unstoppable and very very very uncontrollable. "What are ya doing." Stacey said looking at us. "Um well I don't know KISSING." I said being sarcastic.
"Ya go out?" Stacey said but I stood quiet.
"Ask Aaliyah" Danny said putting all the pressure on me on purpose. "No." I said getting off his lap and handing him his money back. Stacey turned back around and turned up the music and Danny whispered in my ear. "Why you keep playing." He kissed my neck and left my back sending chills.
I covered my face in embarrassment and he uncovered it. We reached the house and got out of the car. When we got into the house Maria was standing right there.
"WHY DID YOU GUYS HAVE A PARTY LAST NIGHT!!?" When she said that we all ran outside. I ran up to the treehouse with them following behind me. We all tried to catch our breath and looked to see if she was coming. "Why is she even here?" Stacey asked
"I don't know but how does she know that we had a fucking party?"
I said as they all shrugged.
"EVERYONE GET DOWN HERE!!!" Maria yelled making us jump. We started laughing uncontrollably and quietly. We all ducked down and covered ourselves. I kept laughing because it was soo funny. "DONT MAKE ME COME UP THERE!!!!" Maria yelled. I gave up and just went down with them right behind me.
"I thought I can trust you guys but now I can't. No more freedom! All of you will stay in the basement!" Maria said
"I'm not staying in no dusty ass basement!" I said.
"Fuck that shit!" Danny said
"YOU WILL!!" Maria demanded. Everyone walked back to the house and when we went to our room it was locked.
"Maria!!" Stacey yelled.
"Yup that's right!! I locked your rooms and I took all of your luggage downstairs to the basement." She said walking to her room. We all walked to the basement and while I was walking down the noisy wood stairs I was getting closer to the dusty bunk beds. My luggage was placed on the top bunk and Danny's was on the bottom. The other bunk bed was for Michael and Stacey, Stacey was on the top and Michael was on the bottom.

Stacey POV

I can't believe Maria is having us stay in the basement. At least I get to spend more time with Michael. I just started hanging out with him and I already know that he doesn't like me because all he talks about is Aaliyah. Aaliyah this Aaliyah that, sometimes I wanna tell him to shutup but I don't want him to think I was jealous, even though I am. Aaliyah has everything! She has beauty, personality and style. I just don't like to be around her. Danny is soo sexy too but he is an asshole.
