btw dream is 6'4 and george is 5'7 bc i said so. shut up
(EDIT: i already said this so many times bruh they're in the TALKING STAGE. stop asking if they're dating and stop playing dumb lmao it's annoying. y'all know damn well you can flirt with the person you like and do couple things without OFFICIALLY DATING yet.

"a 47? are you serious, dude?" sapnap asked dream as they walked to lunch. they just got their results for another quiz. they've been taking many practice tests for their upcoming final. unfortunately, dream has failed almost all of them. and now another. math wasn't his best subject as you can tell by now.

"i'm trying!" dream said, "it's not that easy. i don't even need math in real life anyways. i don't see what the huge need for it is."

"dream, cmon okay? just try to study more? at least get a tutor or something? look, maybe gogy can help!" sapnap said, gesturing to george who was sitting at their usual table.

"help with what?" george asked. dream slapped his quiz on the table to show george the problem.

"again, dream?"

"i'm trying!"

dream sighed, sitting down and putting his hands on his face. "i don't understand shit."

"language!" a familiar voice said, approaching the table with two other boys following.

"sorry bad." dream apologized.

"hey bad, hey karl and quackity." george greeted.

"hi guys." sapnap said, smiling at karl and quackity.

bad sat next to george and dream while quackity and sapnap took a seat next to karl.

"what's up? why does dream look upset? aw did gogy break your heart, dreamie?" quackity teased. george had told quackity and karl about his little crush on dream, which was a huge mistake. ever since he told them, there has been constant teasing and jokes being made.

"shut up, quackity" george said. he could feel his cheeks heat up a little bit and turned a little bit away from dream hoping he wouldn't notice.

dream sighed, "i failed another quiz. this is the like what? 7th one?"

"dream! you muffin! how do you expect to pass the math final if you can't even pass simple quizzes?" bad said.

"that's what i'm saying!" sapnap chimed in, "george, why don't you help him? you have an a in math anyways and dream is desperate."

"i'm not desperate!" dream said, "but maybe you could george. please? just for a bit. i really don't want to fail."

george thought about it for a bit. he did want to help his friend and spending extra time with dream? how could he say no?

"i guess." he decided, "when do you want to start?"

"as soon as possible! how about today after practice, dream?" sapnap answered for dream. dream told him and bad about his crush on george a long time ago. sapnap would of course tease him about it every chance he got. him and bad always pushed him to try and make a move, but dream always chickened out. it was starting to annoy sapnap how dream would constantly gush over george to him, but then act shy and quiet when he was near his crush.

"um yeah, how about after practice?" dream asked, "o-of course only if that's okay with you. it's okay if you're busy or something-"

"that's fine with me, dream." george answered with a small smile.

dream loved george's smile. it filled his heart when he saw the smaller boy smile or when he heard his laugh. his laugh was dream's favorite sound and he would do anything to hear it.

"okay! that's all settled then, you muffin heads!" bad said.

"yeah, let's see if gogy's teaching will finally help dream get a good grade for once." karl giggled.

dream was about to say something, but the bell rang, signaling that lunch was over and it was time for 4th period.

the boys said their goodbyes and went on with the rest of their days.

dream sat in his last class daydreaming about his "study date" with george. (sapnap teased him about it and started calling it that the rest of the day)

after school, george, karl, and bad went home while sapnap, quackity, and dream went to basketball practice.

dream, george

just got out
omw :)

okay lmk when you're here :]
okay
*delivered*

george would be lying if he said he wasn't nervous. they hardly ever spent alone time together and when they would, it was always awkward. it's not that neither of them wanted to be with each other, it's just that they both got so nervous around each other. george tided his room and look at himself in the mirror. he was still wearing his school clothes, a black skirt with a white and baby blue sweater. (did i mention george wears skirts in this lol)

do i look okay? he asked himself. his hair was kind of messy from laying down in bed, waiting for dream. he fixed his hair a bit but stopped when he heard that he had gotten a message.
