I wait around for another 10 minutes until I see a figure appear walking out of the hospital doors. I squint my eyes hoping it him and when it is, I know I've got him.

I watch him cross the parking lot to his car. I crank my car and quickly turn the lights off so he doesn't notice. As soon as he makes his way towards the exit, I follow shortly behind. The problem with this is, I can't see a thing.

His rear lights are all that is guiding me.

I follow him for another 15 minutes realizing he is turning into a dirt road near the forest. This must be where he lives. The dirt road was more like a drive way. It didn't take long to get to his house. I made sure to stay hidden at least 50 yards away from his house behind a couple trees. I could still see the lights from his house which would guide me through the darkness.

Dr. Ryan got out of his car and quickly ran to the door as if he was in a hurry to get something. Or perhaps even get someone. As soon as I was beside the house I looked through the windows discreetly hoping to find him no where. Praying the front door was unlocked, I turned the knob.

As if God were on my side, it was.

The foyer lights were off. Dean must be single because there is no evidence of a family/wife. I was about to walk completely through the foyer until I heard quiet rustling behind a door near the staircase. I creep towards the door, hissing every time the floor creeks.

I slowly twist the knob but stop as I hear faint cries from behind the door. Opening the door ever so gently I realize it's the basement. Go figure. The stairs down seem pretty sturdy so I make my move. Before doing so, I grab a glass case from a wooden shelf in the foyer. Steadying my breathing, I take one slow step at a time. Peeking around the corner my heart stops.

There in the middle of the room is my sister.

Her appearance... Blood... Everywhere. She whimpering but you can tell she's on the verge of death. Not realizing what I'm doing I run to her.

"Emma! Oh my God. Emma! It's okay, you'll be okay. Im here. I won't let him hurt you anymore." As I finished my promise her eyes went wide. Thinking she was surprised to see me, I realized she wasn't even looking at me. She was looking behind me at something. Or someone
