Opening my eyes, I was grateful to find Dr. Ryan lying on the floor knocked out. After staring at him for ages, my sisters cries broke me out of my trance. I knelt down and quickly unwrapped the ropes securing her body.

"Millie, he... He hurt me so bad. I... It hurts. Everything hurts." Emma said as she squeezed her eyes shut.

"I know, I know. I'm here. Everything's okay. Everything will be okay." I said as I hugged her. Noticing Dean still on the floor, something clicked in my mind. "Emma, I have to tie him up quick. I know you're hurting but I don't want him gone by daylight." I walked towards him. Knowing he is knocked out means he's probably dead weight which also means he is going to be heavy. Knowing Emma is too weak to help, I suck it up.

I drag him by his shoulders to the chair and with every bit of my strength, I set him on the chair. I rap one rope around him to keep him in place so I can secure him better. After finished, I quickly take Emma's hand and make our way to the car. I help her sit down in the passenger seat then quickly run to my side. As I speed down the highway on my way to the hospital. I quietly speak.

"Emma..."

Hearing her crying makes me want to forget what I have planned but I know it will work.

"Yeah?"

"I know you won't want to do this, but you can't tell the police about him. I need you to pretend you don't remember anything at all. I'll say you were dropped off on our door step or that I found you in the woods or something but whatever you do, do not mention him." She looks at me like I'm crazy.

"Are you kidding me?! Millie, that man beat me. I want him in prison. He needs to be in prison." She said quickly. I sighed and said "no he doesn't need to be in prison. He still has a chance of getting out later in life. He needs to be dead and I'll take care of it. Please, Emma. Just trust me on this." She sighed and nodded.

As soon as I get her checked into the hospital. I explain what happened. Or my version of what happened. Dr. Dean is never mentioned and I intend to keep it that way. Looking at my phone, it reads 6:10 am. Seeing my sister fast asleep in the hospital bed. I make my way towards the door, but before I do, I hear a soft voice say my name. I turn around and see my sister. "Yeah?" I answered.

"Make him suffer."

After Processing what she said, I smile and nod.
