Into the Darkness

Chapter 4

As the sky turn to dark, the sound of rain hitted the grass outside

The house fill the sound of the rain , Only the other sound that heard is the sound of Isaac and Jessica chattering in the house

"Hey Jessica ,remember that time in kindergarten where you fall to the river accidently?" Isaac said

"Yeah I remember that time.. it wasn't an accident! Jack pushed me hmph!" Jessica said

"Did he really pushed yo-"

A Thunder hit in front of the house, that made a loud noise that Byron was woken up by it

"Where am I again.. oh yeah we went to the abandoned house.."  Byron mumbled  while showing a sleepy face

"Let me check my phone.. who knows what information has been sent.." Byron mumbled while grabbing his phone from his pocket

|News : Unknown entities caused light out is confirmed|

"Unknown entities.. that's probably why the government tell us to seek shelter in the first emergency notification " Byron mumbled

As he took off his eyes from his phone , and looked around with his flashlight

He noticed that he wasn't in the place he slept.. he was in a different part inside the mansion

"Wait.. I'm not where I slept.. how did I end up here , wasn't I with Jessica and Isaac?" Byron mumbled

As Byron stand up and explore

The room he is in was a kid room

"A kid room huh? , Wait is that a minecraft doll?" Said Byron while he pick up the doll

As he grabbed the doll

He was grabbed by something  and the "something " screamed at Byron

As he scream for a moment and it was then never heard

"Did you heard that Isaac? , I think I heard a scream.." Jessica said while looking around

"What scream? I didn't even hear a single thing except our chatting and the rain" Isaac said

"It's probably because I'm paranoid, let's keep chatting!" Jessica suggested

Isaac agreed  and continue chatting with Jessica

As they both chatted , suddenly Jack opened the Bedroom door and run towards them

Jack surprised Isaac and Jessica

"What's wrong Jack?! Are you okay? Do y-you need help?!" Isaac said while running towards him and grabbing him

As Jessica froze looking at them both , She saw something ran away from the door that Jack came from

"Hey We need to run outside!  It's probably safer than here right?"  Jessica said while running to the front door

"NO! , Do not go outside! I swear to my life , Do not go OUTSIDE!" As Jack shouted at jessica

Jessica didn't care and ran through the doors

As Jack and Isaac witness a horrifying sight

Jessica then splits to half , Jessica limbs falls apart with a blood pool

"J-jessica ..sh-she..." Isaac then start to breakdown

"I'm s-sorry Isaac , she didn't listen to me.. if only she listened.." Jack said while hugging Isaac

Suddenly as they cried , A body falls from the ceiling

Brook!

"B-byron?!..Byron! Byron! Please wake up! Byron!!" Isaac shouted while hugging his dead body

Jack stood in shock

(---After 1 hour---)

The night become darker..

"We are dead right..? They are gonna get us.." Isaac said while looking at Jack

"We are not dead. We must try to survive .. How about we hide and not sit in this room?" Jack said while trying to stand up

Isaac agreed and they both try to find a room to hide

Crossing rooms by rooms then they find a minecraft doll

They knew it wasn't normal to doll to be there

GROARRR

A growling scream heard through the hallway!

"How about we just ... RUN!" Jack said

They ran through the rooms they crossed but now they are full with shadows

"WE ARE DEAD WE ARE DEAD!!" Isaac shouted

Jack then trips

"Come on get up! It's coming!" Isaac said while trying to help Jack

"No just leave me, Leave without me! Leave!" Jack said while crying

"... Okay! I-i. ." Isaac then run as fast he can

Jack engulfed by the shadow

After running for a long time

The shadows wasn't chasing Isaac again..

Suddenly a light from outside shines

"Is anyone inside here? Anyone?"
The fire fighter shouted

Isaac shouted "Yes!" While crying

The fire fighters then breaks through the door and helped Isaac

----3 Years later---

"and that's the story of the great shadow eh.. shadow pandemic?
Anyway class is dismissed!" teacher said

"The great shadow pandemic.." Isaac mumbled

While Isaac getting out from class he decided that he want to go to the bathroom

He was walking through the hallways .. His eyes then met with a chilling sight

He saw a Shadow in the end of the hall
