Chapter 2: Lucas Walker

As we are about to enter the school Nate, Brooke's boyfriend and Noah, Alex's boyfriend, come rushing in our way as they pick up their girlfriend

"Bold move" I tell them as I high five them from behind.

People who don't know me might think 'Oh poor girl. She must feel so left out with 2 best friends each having a boyfriend' but actually please don't pity me. I have a pretty good relationship with both Nate and Noah. They are like brothers to me (actually I'm pretty sure that Noah will become my brother-in-law only time can tell....).

"So how is training going" Alex said to Noah as he kissed her forehead and she stroked his soccer jacket.

"Well Nate here is prepping us well to fight against those Rosies so pretty sure we'll win the match and besides as long as you're by my side I will always win" Noah said as he kissed Alex

At that moment, I turn around and I witness three girls, one brunette, one blonde and the other red head, each wearing the cheerleading dress of Rosewall High. We knew exactly who they were: Bitchy Brittany, me and Alex's cousin (yeah we gave her that nickname) and her two bodyguards, Hermosa, the brunette, and Charlotte, the redhead.

"Oh look who finally arrived" she told us as she looked us up and down

"What do you want?" Brooke said as she crossed her hands and rolled her eyes

"Do you have a death wish or something, hun cause I'll gladly make it happen" Alex glared as she took a step forward and gave her a threatening look but Noah stopped her from moving forward by putting a hand on her shoulder and whispered to her

"It's not worth it, babe"

"Oh I come here in peace. I only want to show you the new love of my life, Lucas Walker" she said as she grinned and looked at me.

"So did you cheat on the other one or did he leave you when he realised what an asshole you are?" I told her as I smiled at her with narrowed eyes

"Baby, come here" she yelled as a shadow of this Lucas Walker started walking towards us.

As he came, Brittany pulled him close to her. He was tall and he randomly put his hands in his wavy, dark brown hair. He was wearing jeans and a black hoodie. I actually got the feels for him. He didn't look comfortable there cause he kept looking to the ground

"So this is the famous Lucas Walker" Brittany said as she looked at him.

"Oh hi. I am Ana Harrington, the unfortunate soul since I am her cousin" I said as I shook his hand and glared at her

"Oh hello" he said with a short laugh. Brittany didn't seem to like this at all. Hermosa and Charlotte had crossed their hands as if they actually knew I made Brittany the angriest she could be. Well that was my goal after all.

At that moment the bell rung and the students all went through the high school doors. The bitchy trio (yep, another nickname for Hermosa, Brittany and Charlotte) looked behind them as they saw the Rosewall students gathering.

"We should probably get going. Pleasure to meet you" she beamed

"Wish I could say the same." Alex hissed as she rolled her fingers into a fist.

"Anyways see you around, Walker." I winked at Lucas as I turned away with Alex and Brooke still glaring at her as they turned. The boys gave one last kiss to Alex and Brooke as they headed their way to the River playing field.

"Someone's got a crush on Lucas back there." Alex said as she nudged me.

"Yeah. Oh let us give them a nickname...How abouuut..... Lucana? No doesn't sound nice." Brooke said as she started thinking.

"Well I definitely ship." Alex grinned

"Look I'm only doing it to see that jealous look on her face and anyway yes I may be developing some kind of crush for him but I am not gonna focus on his insanely cute face instead of my senior year so there the truth."

"Ha I knew it" Alex shouted as she pointed a finger towards me and we continued to walk in piece to the front door

After school we decided to meet up at this diner that was pretty close to our school. As I went rushing in, the diner was almost full. I was pretty sure they all had arrived before me cause the last thing they had was cheerleading practice and if time was up to Brooke, then knowing her she would have ended it earlier.

At last I found the 4 lovebirds. Brooke and Alex were wearing their cheerleading dress and the boys were there admiring their every move. I walked up to them and as I stood in front of their booth I told them grinning

"Do you want me to go order so I can buy you more time alone?"

"Well if you insist." Noah tells me with a joking tone in his voice as he looks with loving eyes at my sister.

"Since I am part of the wealthiest families here in Eden City, I'll pay for all of us." she says grinning. She hands me over the money as I ask what everyone wants.

"I'll have a double burger with no salad but only chips." Noah stated.

"And I'll have the strawberry smoothie and bring two straws." Alex told me as she grinned at Noah.

"Awwwww you guys are adorable." I grinned

"Yeah we know" Alex laughed as she kissed Noah

"I think everyone knows." Brooke said smiling at them as she nudged closer to Nate. "Anyway I'll just take some chips." At that moment Alex started laughing

"What?!" Brooke said staring at her

"Well let's just hope Nate is gonna get you something else." she said still laughing her head off.

"Of course I am. I know my girlfriend well you know." Nate smiled. "So I'll get 2 large muffins and 2 bottles of coke."

As I head off to the counter, someone bumps into my shoulder and with anger I shout

"Hey, watch were you're going you-". But I stop right there as the person turns around. It was the one and only, Lucas Walker
