Alanza POV
Jamir was accompanying me while I worked in my office since he had the most free time while the others had to go back to work. The guys didn't want me by myself after the encounter with Ricard. Luckily the guys are their own bosses. Jamir was the most curious out of all the guys since he wasn't all that familiar with Voodooists or witches. Mavis and Hannah had eloped, and Mavis moved into the pack house. Acacia is feeling left out but is happy for her friends. She even calls dibs on my future vampire babies. Vampires are drawn to her for some reason.
I had to reject a job offer from a spoiled elven rich girl because she wanted to use a love potion on a werewolf who she fancied herself in love with. She even offered me $500,000, but I still refused. I accepted another midwife gig from a shifter couple who were excited to have their first child, they offered me $10,000 and $5,000 to make sure that I would do anything in my power to make sure that things go smoothly for the mother and child. They have been trying for a baby for a while after miscarriage and after miscarriage. For pregnant women who are shifters or carrying shifter babies, their pregnancy lasts for 5 months or 6 months. I felt bad for the couple since it looked like they were desperate if they trust a spellcaster.
After accepting and denying a couple more jobs, Jamir asked me questions pertaining to my job and being a Voodooist. It went like this:
Jamir: How come you didn't accept the job from the elf girl?
Me: I am against using love potions on supernaturals. If a super was to find their mate but is under the trance of another, it would be big trouble. Spellcasters have a saying: What goes around comes back around.
Jamir: Why do spellcasters charge people for their help? Why not help for free?
Me: The last time we helped for free, we were imprisoned, hung, stoned, drowned, and burned to the stakes. We spellcasters are thought to be greedy, but we are trying to survive. Also, do you think our supplies grow on trees, and we don't have bills to pay? Who is more likely to get attacked, a witch that likes in a shack or cottage, or a witch in a nice house with a security system.
Jamir: Why do a lot of the girls smell different from Mavis and Acacia?
Me: The majority of us are not full-blooded Voodoo or Santeria just like a lot of black Americans are not fully black.
Jamir: What are the perks of being a Voodoo priestess?
Me: I can perform formal marriages, baptisms, and conduct funerals.
Jamir looked impressed, although I prefer to help people who have some basic knowledge of Voodoo. Voodoo does not have a good reputation thanks to the media. Jamir got up and began to undress, then he walked over to the door and locked it. I chuckled to myself and undressed myself. Even in human form, he is bigger than Richard, and Richard is huge.
Jamir POV
I was salivating when I saw my Voodoo queen naked, and she was thick. I love all women, but who don't love some extra cushion for the pushing. I walked over to her and started kissing her. I want my one on one with my queen too. We both ended up on the floor still kissing, and I was so grateful that my queen had a nice and comfortable rug in her office. I opened her legs, bent down, and tasted her sweet nectar. I went crazy, she tasted so delicious it drove me crazy. Alanza's moans were music to my ears. I wiped my mouth after she came, and slid inside her. I was amazed at the fact that she was still tight after what happened and Lorenzo fucking her. I want to make this as nice as possible for her. I picked up the pace, and she was wrapped around me like a sheath. The love-making lasted for three hours in the missionary position and a whole hour of her riding me until we both passed out.
