"So if we head down this street, keep to the side... people are dumb they won't notice. We'll take the left there... then we'll head around this way here. There's a safe house that Jin secured, wait. Jin- You did secure it didn't you?" Namjoon asked as they all stood around holding a map and making their plan for when they arrive.
"Yes, yes I did. But like I said when you asked me the last twenty seven times- It won't be safe for long. Only till I get a hold of this contact. Or till they get a hold of me." Jin replied, slightly annoyed he was asked the same question again.
The safe house they made it to once they landed was just a storage room that was rarely used in the subway system that ran under the city.
"We are not going to be able to do much here." Namjoon said as he looked around the small space.
"So, we'll stay small till Jin gets in touch with his contact. No big deal." Yoongi replied as he climbed up on a box in the corner and laid out a blanket and pillows. "Let's just rest for now... jet lag is kicking my ass." He added as he flopped onto the blanket, pull one side over him and snuggling his head against his pillow.
The youngest three also set up their beds as Hoseok, Namjoon and Jin set up some equipment, mainly a few wire taps and surveillance cameras so they could monitor the subway. This way they could tell if someone was coming and have time to move- quickly. Jin also tapped into the internet connection and pulled his laptop into his lap.
"So you weren't really clear on this contact you had." Namjoon said as he sat down across from Jin. Jin looked up from his laptop and sighed.
"Alright, so I told you guys that about three months ago something I tapped into finally gave me the hit I needed. You and Yoongi knew I was actually talking to a source a few years ago. Someone who had skills... well... the source is dead. But three months ago I got an automatic message he must have set up before he was killed. He warned me of some things, and told me that someone would contact me as soon as they found his laptop. So I guess he was leaving it for someone, that person has been taking a long ass time to message me though." Jin started to explain.
"So we're waiting on an unreliable source?" Hoseok questioned as he joined them, over hearing their conversation.
"No. I searched up the guy I was in contact it- Sure enough... he died. He was driving somewhere, something made him drive off a bridge and into the water below. He was in the car with another family member, the reports say that person made it out- barely. I guess he saved his family member before he saved himself. But the driving off the bridge is not something this guy seems like he would do- Not willingly." Jin replied.
"So you think something happened?" Namjoon asked.
"No. I know something happened. I checked the cameras that had view of the bridge, it looked like he had lost control. I don't know exactly how- but I plan on finding out." Jin answered.
"So this trip is for revenge? Or?" Hoseok asked, a smirk on his little face.
"Also no." Jin replied.
"Well then why the hell are we here? I didn't exactly get the full run down." Hoseok pouted a bit. Jin sighed and looked at Hoseok.
"We're here to kick in the big bad's door- but before we get there we need to kick in a few smaller doors. And we need help from whoever my contact intended for me to meet with. It's been a few years but I hope I hear from them soon." Jin explained briefly.
"In other words, Jin's contact informed him that someone else would contact him should something happen to him- since Jin is well aware something did happen, he is expecting this other contact to contact him. Sound about right?" Namjoon explained then checked with Jin to be sure.
