Vikk sighed— he might as well just give it personally instead of anonymously leave it out here by Lachlan's door. He should face the consequences right here, and right now.

Lachlan opened the door— are his eyes deceiving him?

"Do you want to build a snowman?" Vikk smiled weakly, looking straight up at Lachlan.

"...I'm sorry, Lachlan..." Vikk frowned, but forced a smile afterwards.

The Aussie's face melted into a warm smile. "...Vikk... I... I'm the one who's supposed to be sorry..."

"But," Lachlan shrugged. "Apology accepted!" he grins.

Vikk's smile turned into a wide grin— he's so happy, he doesn't know what to do. Body getting filled up with hyped joy, Vikk tackled Lachlan to the ground with a hug that will make everything up from the past few days.

To Lachlan's surprised, Vikk was still hugging him as they were on the ground. "Vikk—"

Vikk went back to reality— making him sit up from the floor and blushed deep red. "Sorry— got carried away there, Lachy," he chuckles as he remembered the chest for Lachlan.

"Hold on!" Vikk stood up from the wooded floor of Lachlan's home as he sprinted to Lachlan's front door.

To Lachlan's confusion, Vikk came back with a chest and a couple of signs.

"I was originally supposed to leave this by the front of your door... and I have these riddles for you all set-up. But I figured out to come see you face-to-face to say sorry." Vikk chuckled nervously as he placed down the chest in front of Lachlan and the signs beside the chest.

Lachlan looked at the chest— like a kid staring at a present— and glanced on the signs. "Put this on your cheek, It may be ice but it won't leak." Lachlan read the first sign.

"...I saw the burn that was on your cheek— and that is where the ice comes in handy..." Vikk explained, trying not to turn red again.

The Aussie smiled— now reading the second sign;

"Preston may have done this, I have no evidence. But please take this, As my little present."

The sign made Lachlan think— if Vikk just didn't come to the front of his house— he would never figure out who brought him the chest.

"Oh, now this..." Lachlan opened the chest with his eyes closed— opening them with a chest full of ice blocks. "Whoa, now. This looks sweet!" Lachlan exclaimed, picking up an ice block that sparkles with luminous light reflections.

Lachlan paused, "You farmed this at Rob's ice farm, didn't ya'?" he smirked, looking at Vikk. Vikk raised a brow, looking back at Lachlan. "Where else am I gonna get ice?" he countered-back with a question.

Vikk took the ice from Lachlan's grip. Lachlan sat down on the chair by his living room, Vikk did that as well. The Aussie knows that the burnt mark will sting if the ice connects to the burn. Vikk gently pressed the ice onto Lachlan's cheek, making Lachlan hiss onto the contact and then started flailing.

"Dude, it's alright... I'm here." Vikk patted Lachlan's back.
Lachlan smiled, gripping Vikk's hand as the ice started to dominate the temperature of the burn. "Oh, it doesn't sting anymore..." Lachlan said, gently pushing off Vikk's hand with the ice block as he started touching it and poking it, but overall there's still a hint of ouch to it when you put pressure onto poking the burnt mark. Vikk does find it adorable on how Lachlan kept on poking the burnt mark on his face.

"Thanks, Vikk..." Lachlan smiled sheepishly as he hugged Vikk.
At the contact of another hug made by Lachlan, Vikk flinched at the sudden contact. But hugged back anyway.

It started getting late, and Vikk still has plans for tomorrow.

"I have to get going." Vikk sighed. "Bye Lachlan!"

Lachlan looked back, "Bye Vikk."

As Vikk walked further and further from Lachlan's house, he reached his house— it is just across the river anyway. Vikk turned around to face Lachlan's house and to Lachlan slowly closing the door.

"I love you... Lachlan." Vikk mumbled as he went in the Vikk Towers to plan for tomorrow.

It's 8am, the sun is hidden behind the clouds and there's no sign of the sun's ray to be present the whole day. Vikk climbed to the top of Vikk Towers, seems like the clouds up high are grey, probs gonna rain.

Vikk looked up, staring right into the sky— glancing at the giant floating Vikklan pixel text made by Tyler a while back. He even said he enjoyed making the pixel text even though it took him a while.

Rain started pouring from the heavens above, making Vikk smile a little.
The rain is very calming at this time of day, mostly when you haven't gotten any sleep yet.

Vikk's eyes started to get heavy, but he needs to visit Jerome.

Jerome just got back from a long trip, and decides to give the HTM world another try to boost up his survival skills. Vikk decides to help Jerome since the Bacca is a beginner and is lacking some materials.

Vikk didn't took that long to get to Jerome's house— just follow the tracks and you'll see Merome island by the large lake.

<Vikkstar123> I'm here Jerome

As Vikk said that in chat, Jerome popped his head from the side of his house as he walked to Vikk's sighting. The Bacca waved right at Vikk with a carrot in hand.

Jumping in the water, Vikk swam to the island that Jerome claimed his land, which was in a working progress kind of thing. But Jerome did said that he might abandon the island— and hope that when Mitch comes back from space, resource and food are already waiting for him here. [Endstone, anyone??] — and Jerome might make his own house— a proper one.

Vikk smiled weakly as he slowly rise up from the edge of the gutters to Jerome's land.

Jerome lend a paw at Vikk and he grabbed on and got pulled up by Jerome's Bacca strength. "Glad you can make it, Icky Vikk!" Jerome grinned

Vikk yawned, then smile. "Glad I could, too."

Jerome looked at Vikk with a worried look; "You haven't slept yet, huh?"

Shaking his head to say "no." Vikk reassured that Jerome won't get worried to send Vikk home to sleep. Vikk ain't about that sleep life. And besides, the boy has a broken sleep schedule. "I... I just woke up... early."

"You're lying." Jerome pouted, crossing his arms over his chest.

Vikk cursed under his breath, sighing at the end. "Jerome..."

"I'm not lying, honest."

Jerome, at the end, just shrugged it off and forget about it.
