Chapter 15

[[ I know that HTM is finished with its finale and everything last march 15th, Sunday and everything so I'm trying to finish this story with at least 20-23 chapters and that so please bare with me and I know as well that there will be another HTM in a month and I'm hyped for that!!]] <333

Vikk was sleepy as well when he was trying to keep up with Lachlan's hyperness. "...Aren't you sleepy as well, Vikk?" Lachlan grinned as his eyelids started to get heavy, but he fought it. "...Y-Yeah..." Vikk answered with a weak voice, but he fought it well.

Lachlan glanced at Vikk once in a while as they go back to the Salty Lagoon, which was still less than a hundred blocks away. The shorter boy seems like he doesn't have much energy to keep up- to the fact that Vikk just woke up and his mind isn't functioning well at all at the moment.

Lachlan pouted and can't take it anymore, he doesn't like it when others are pressuring themselves like how Vikk pressure himself to work, work, work. It's ridiculous!

"Vikk?" Lachlan said, which made Vikk look within a span of two seconds.
"You won't mind if I carry you back to your tower, won't you?"

Vikk was stunned to what he just heard- is he still dreaming or is this an opportunity?

Vikk weakly smiled as he extended his arms to the Aussie. Lachlan took that as a yes.

Bending down to Vikk's level, Lachlan lifted Vikk to his view. To Lachlan's surprise, Vikk is so much lighter than he remembered. Maybe because of the lack of energy. And to the fact that Vikk's been a bit off lately.

Lachlan rested his hand on Vikk's fluffy hair, and the other one to Vikk's waist. And to Vikk's point of view, his arms are wrapped around Lachlan's neck, and his legs are around Lachlan's waist. Seems like heaven to Vikk.

Slowly, Vikk drifted to sleep, even though he just woke up...

Lachlan smiled as he felt Vikk's breathing evenly. "Heh," Lachlan's lips tugged to a light smile.

As the Aussie arrived to the destinated place, he used the bridge that was on the side of the Salty Lagoon to Vikk Towers, which to his surprise wasn't that difficult to go through since Vikk is light.

The real challenge is; Lachlan carrying Vikk to the upper floors.

Sighing, Lachlan made sure that Vikk was holding to him tight before climbing up the ladders. After Lachlan checked that, he started climbing up. When Lachlan arrived to the floor to where Vikk's bed was, he placed Vikk down quietly and gently before going. He was planning on making sure Vikk doesn't wake up so he can go back to his place to rest there.

"Huh?" Vikk suddenly mumbled before Lachlan can make it back to the ladders.
Lachlan turned around, seeing Vikk's eyes slightly open.
"D-Don't leave..." Vikk frowned as he whimpered.

Lachlan looked at Vikk. It's like he's being hypnotized.

Lachlan couldn't just reject that, and to the fact that Vikk has two beds. //frick frack// //lol jk//

Shrugging, Lachlan walked back and sat on the bed that was next to Vikk's. Vikk looked at Lachlan as he patted the spot on where Lachlan should lay down and sleep next to him.

Lachlan glanced around the room before doing so, and with that he faced Vikk who was looking at him sleepily. "Thanks for carrying me back here, Lachlan..." Vikk said softly as he smiled right at the Aussie. "No problemo, Vikk. I just thought that I should carry you since you look so tired..."

Vikk nodded, "Honestly, I sure am..."

Lachlan rolled his eyes, smiling. "What a surprise." a hint of sarcasm was noticed.

Vikk smiled, everyone knows that he works way too much than he is supposed to. There's this one time that Tyler, Choco, Mat, Kenny and Vikk were helping Choco to blow up Ballam, and to everyone that was there, Vikk was running around- but not that fast- and placing TNT ; Choco noticed that Vikk sounded so tired and... silent.

...Flashback....

"I'm pretty sure that Vikk is half-asleep at the moment." Choco announced as he placed TNT around his area. "Yeah, probably." Mat commented as everyone else-except for Vikk- agreed.

Vikk sprinted not as fast as the others did. Placing TNT around, he did his best not to fall asleep. Vikk would chuckle, gets blown up and hit by mobs here and there.

Everyone that was with him started to get worried, but none of them said anything about it. "Are you sure you're still capable on staying awake?" Tyler asked, placing TNT here and there as he know that Vikk is right behind him doing the same thing. Vikk was silent; not a word was heard from him.

Choco started yelling from a distance and Mat will just laugh. Kenny wanted to blow the cobblestone generator that Choco loved which he did. Tyler took slime blocks from Pete's "Alter Ego" pixel art that was placed around Choco's place.

And to that, when all of them are done, when Ballamb (spelling?) is completely destroyed, that's when they call it to an end. "So, Vikk... why not take us all off?" Kenny smiled as he placed his elbow on Vikk's shoulders. "Huh?" Vikk yawned as he nodded. "Sure."

"So, everyone Ballamb is all remodeled by the TNT squad which include Choco, Kenny, Mat, Tyler and I. And I think I'm gonna pass out now..." Vikk mumbled, which made the three move closer to him. Everyone tensed up towards him, all looking at Vikk with worried eyes.

"Vikk," Mat said. "Want me to take ya' home?" he asked, dim blue light lights of from Mat's eyes. "I'm willing to take you home, bud. Seems like you won't make it back to the Salty Lagoon with your eyes open."

Vikk just nodded, as Mat helps him to get back to the Salty Lagoon without any injuries.

"Don't you need sleep as well, Lachlan?" Vikk asked, shuffling in his place as he pulled the covers over his body. Lachlan lifted his head and put his hood on. "Well.... yah, probably." Lachlan shrugged, his eyes slowly getting heavy as they continue on talking.

As Vikk awkwardly fluffed his pillow on place, Lachlan smiled on how Vikk tries to sleep and frustrated on how his pillow feels like "a solid rock".

Chuckling at that, Vikk scooted closer to the Aussie and purred onto his chest. Lachlan was surprised at the sudden affection that Vikk is showing, but he admits that it's cute.

"You're way softer than my pillow," Vikk said mindlessly, resting his head on Lachlan's chest, arm wrapped around Lachlan's waist. "Mind if I...?" Vikk's voice trailed off. Lachlan nodded as he pulled Vikk closer to him.

"I don't mind at all." Lachlan smiled, looking at Vikk who's staring to fall asleep.

Lachlan lowered his voice, to the fact that if he yells or even talks, he has this low-high voice volume which sometimes he can't control.

Vikk still hears Lachlan, but he noticed that the Aussie quieted down.

Vikk noticed that Lachlan started playing with his hair, soft hands made contact with soft hair. Vikk couldn't help but to smile. And Lachlan couldn't help but to still be clueless.
