Vikk hurriedly hopped from lily pad to lily pad, then quickly pulled out a mine cart in hand. Vikk placed the mine cart on the rail and pushed it as he hopped in it.

He sighed as he now had to talk to Rob, just like a person with problems and a psychiatrist listening to the said problem. Just like therapy.

As he arrived in Rob's base, just like before, he passed through everything that is the same path as before and saw Rob in the room full of chests.

As Rob hear footsteps behind him, he suddenly turned around, seeing Vikk with an awkward look on his face. "Hey, dude." Rob greeted, both hands on his side.

Vikk nervously chuckled as he replied to Rob's greeting. "Aha, h-hey Rob..."

Rob sighed as he took a deep breath before he started talking, "Sorry for not being here as planned earlier, Vikk. It's just that I'm—"

Vikk raised his right hand up to the level of his chest and shook his head slowly. "No need to apologise, Rob." he said, looking right at Rob's eyes. "I know you're busy."

Rob was about to tell Vikk something but he just shrugged it off, but still—he was still guilty about it. "I-It's not that, well actually it was that. I was with Preston on the other world, battling our teams with each other... You know, factions."

"Sorry for wasting your time earlier, should have contacted you before that." Rob said, burying his face onto his hands. Rob groaned as he let out his disparity on his hands. "As again, sorry Vikk."

Vikk just chuckled. "It's okay."

After an awkward silence of Rob putting his things in the chest and also sorting out his inventory with useful stuff for some odd journey, Rob finally broke the silence. "So, did something interesting happened while I was gone, hmmm?" Rob taunted, smirking after.

Vikk blushed, but knows that Rob was just joking around. You know Rob and his tactics.

"W-Well, if you look in the chat, you'll find something funny." Vikk chuckled as he showed Rob the death that happened earlier with Lachlan.

There it is, highlighted from earlier— CraftBattleDuty was blown up by a Creeper

Rob laughed as he try to control himself from bursting out of laughter. "Again?" he said as he laughed until his sides hurt. "Seriously."

Rob scrolled more a bit after that. "Aww, and he lost all of his stuff... again." he frowned, looking so depressed for Lachlan.

"Well... uh... what else...?" Rob scrolled more as he read the conversations that were in the world's chat.

"Hmm."

Rob squinted his eyes as he looked more closely to the message that was sent earlier. The Canadian mumbled a few words here and there. "...Thanks Vik..." Rob's voice trailed of as he read the next message after that. "And then a happy face, with the letter 'c' being use as a smile. Classic Lil' Lachy."

Vikk backed further from Rob, knowing his friend, Rob will probably asked questions. Rob turned to Vikk as the shorter teen didn't face at the Woof. "What did you gave him? — something special?" Rob said in a husky narrator voice, which made Vikk shiver. He knew the questions were coming. The questions are written all over Rob's face.

"I-It was n-nothing." Vikk stuttered, defenceless.

"Are you sure?" Rob intrude.

"Y-Yes. Honest." Vikk stuttered yet again.

Rob didn't force Vikk more and more questions. To know what Vikk had given to Lachlan, Rob needs to go to the one who received.

[[just saying this right now, I'm calling it an assassination booth bc I don't really know what it was called, but 'assassination booth' is the thing I can come up with.

and the fact that I'm too lazy to go to Lachlan's channel to check in out, bc i'm currently writing a damn fanfiction for you guys is just the main point here.

And I'm going to watch Lachlan's new omega ruby ep. after this \o/

And also, 'assassination' has two 'ass' in it. Isn't that fascinating??]]

Lachlan was in his assassination booth.

He opens a chest with a request, but he's going to do that another time, in that case—ignores the damn request.

Lachlan went back to his house and sort things out like what to take out of the inventory & what the Aussie needs in his inventory. (he probably needs Vikk in his inventory if you know what I mean. ;DD)

[[someone pls check me in to a mental hospital]]
[don't quote me on that Alexys-mum pls]

So, back to the story then, now shall we?

The door suddenly burst open from the left side of Lachlan, that means it was the entrance by the lagoon. Leaving something—or someone in the background.

Lachlan looked at the silhouette with a confused and slightly afraid look.
"Uhm, is that you Vikk?" Lachlan gulped as he squinted his eyes into the shadows of someone's silhouette in the doorway.

"Do I look like Vikk to you?"

Lachlan suddenly realised the voice, "R-Rob?"

The silhouette now had cleared and Rob's image was replaced with it.

The Aussie smiled, "Welcome, Robert."

"Close the door while you're at it." Lachlan reminded as he crafted new iron boots (not enchanted), takes a random leggings from a chest (mob drop; golden leggings: enchanted prot I), and an iron helmet (not enchanted as well).

And last but not the least; the diamond chest plate that Vikk gave him. (prot III, unbreaking II)

Rob cleared his throat as he held one hand at the back. (he's not planning anything, honest.)

"Nice chest plate you got there Lil' Lachy-Dachy." Rob smirked, looking oddly suspicious. And Lachlan doesn't liked that.

"W-Well, thanks. It was from Vikk." Lachlan acknowledged it, smiling as he showed it to Rob a bit closer. "I have no proof, but the HTM chat will be my only proof source." Lachlan shrugged.

Rob didn't even bother Lachlan. But Rob now knows what Vikk had given Lachlan.

"Well, I apologise for wasting your time, but I have to go." Rob said in a cheery voice like nothing even happened; barging through Lachlan's doors, the creepy voice, the suspicious look, and the odd creepy questions. "What is with Rob's behaviour this past week?" Lachlan asked himself, frowning as his memory rewinds to the past week. Odd Rob.

"What's up with the guys in HTM? It's like something is making them not think straight and act so different," Lachlan groaned as he thought about it; Rob and Vikk surely wasn't acting the same as before, and that made Lachlan think so deep.

Lachlan zoned out by thinking way too deeply.

Seriously, he didn't even noticed that someone's already standing in front of him.

"Lachlan?"

The Aussie didn't respond. Just stared.

"Are you alright?"

Stare.

A loud clap was heard, making Lachlan snapped back into the real world.

"Wait— what?" Lachlan questioned, seems like he was already daydreaming at that point.

Lachlan rubbed his eyes and took a deep breath. Who would even scare him at this time of night. It's like probably and currently 3:00 am right now.

Slowly opening his eyelids, he sees Vikk right in front of him.

"Oh, Vikk," Lachlan's thick accent greeted Vikk. "Surprised to see you here ol' bud!"

Vikk couldn't help but smiled. "Might as well thought that—you know—visit." he chuckled nervously. Who wouldn't?

Lachlan shrugged, but then remembered. "Oh, uh. Thanks for the chest plate, Vikk." Lachlan smiled, wrapping an arm around Vikk. "Really meant so much to me." the Aussie whispered.

"W-Well... do you... like it?" Vikk asked, and as always, he was unsure of what to say. Vikk would probably be alarmed that his face would be blushing crimson red by now if it wasn't for Lachlan. Once he gets out of the house, he would be slapping himself a thousand times for not saying this, and not doing that.

"Like it? I love it!" Lachlan exclaimed, grinning at Vikk and glancing onto the shiny diamond chest plate. "Ain't it shiny, Vikk?" Lachlan turned to Vikk, whom just nodded. "Of course it is. I polished that." Vikk joked, but in retrospect all diamond tools and armour as shiny as fuck.

Vikk felt tired, and sadly, he has to go.

"Well, I think, this is goodbye." Vikk frowned, even though he still wants to stay a little bit longer, but he knows that Lachlan would need his beauty sleep. "Why are you saying 'goodbye' in a dramatic and sad way?" Lachlan asked, oh Lachlan... Only if you knew...

Vikk just faintly shook his head and hugged Lachlan, "See you tomorrow— I mean, see ya' later Lil' Lachy!"

As soon as Vikk got out of Lachlan's house, he slapped himself once on his face as he reacted at his own stupidity. "Vikk, stop being stupid around him." he warned himself, takin note to that. "He'll find you awkward and slowly grows apart."

Vikk just took a deep breath and forget about it, and probably won't forget about it until forever.
