'I found you' could be read from the monsters sinister grin. Isa having made eye contact with the beast froze, air seeming to be sucked out of her lungs, gasping for the lack of space there. Time seemed to freeze as well, the image forever being burned into her memory. Not even a foot in front of her was a type of animal she's never seen before. It's skin looking to be some kind of oily texture, black as night, thick and blubbery. Even though it's skin was thick, it couldn't hide the bulge of muscle underneath. It walked on four legs, blood under its claws, dripping on the floor, leaving bloody footprints in its wake. Yet the scariest part of it was it's human like face, two red eyes, nose, and a mouth, one that stretched too far for comfort. Like it's claws, blood flowed from its mouth, from it's last kill. Teeth were long and sharp, just like one an angler fish would have.
Then time started again, slowly going back to its original pace. The monster's body started to turn, locking onto its next target, her. A snarl rose from its throat, mouth opening wider, ready to snap into its next victim. She could feel herself trying to scramble back, trying to get away from its jaws but her legs were glued to the ground. 'Shit' she thought, a tear escaping from her eye, 'is this how I die'. It's teeth seemed to expand, lengthening it's already great range, enclosing around her head. Jay then yelled, slamming the door against its head, blocking it from sinking its teeth into her neck. It yelped, yanking its head away, back into the hallway. Jay slammed the door shut, locking it and pulling Isa off of the floor. Isa ran over to Nova —who was wide awake at this point— pulling her out of bed. Jay ran to the window, cracked it open, ushering them out of it. Meanwhile growling and scratching could be heard from the door, it's long claws making quick work of it.
"Go, go, go!" Jay whispered as Nova then Isa made their way out of the window. He then followed, shutting the window behind him, running with the other two. From outside they could still hear the door being taken down with a loud crack, the second to last defense going down. They could hear it smashing objects inside their room, trying to desperately find them, it's hunger for blood strong. Then Isa felt something warm, flowing from her neck. She reached up, touching the area with her fingers, red. It was blood that was flowing down her neck, staining her shirt. She then truly realized how close it was it catching her, it's teeth nicking her as it was slammed away by the door. Her hand began to tremble, Jay seeing this continued to usher her along, wanting to get as far as they could from whatever that thing was.

-1st POV from ???-I could hear experiment 274 snarling behind me, chasing me down the corridors of the facility. I was it's last target, all the ones before torn apart somewhere in the building. I have to make it out and let the others know what's going on, that 274 had somehow escaped its cell, massacring everyone inside, me being the last survivor. Wait a second, will they even help me? What if this was their plan from the start, once the experiment was done to kill everyone who knew of its existence? I don't know anything anymore, all I can do is keep running. Luckily it's quite slow since it's never ran before, not enough room in its cell, but who knows when it'll get the hang of it and catch up. I push through the exit doors and continue running, perhaps I can hide in another building. That would at least be safer than staying here, he'd probably know where I was then too. Wait, there's a building, maybe if I go there I can lose it. Luckily I can still see with the moonlight above me, however that means that 274 can probably see me too. I need to move fast, otherwise I'll end up like the rest of my coworkers, bodies mercilessly strewn apart. Remembering the sound of the way their bodies cracked underneath it's strong jaws sent a shiver down my spine once again.
I then reach the entrance, bursting through the doors and continuing my sprint inside this resort I'm in. I hear several shouts from staff to stop running but I don't listen. I then run down a hallway, hoping to find an open door to hide in or someone who's either nice enough or dumb enough to let me in. I hear screams coming from the front desk and I wince, I guess it followed me here, killing others on its path as well. I turn behind me to see experiment 274 slice into an innocent bystander, blood being flung onto the walls. It then catches me in its sights once again and we continue our game of cat and mouse. Just as it was about to pounce on me, a little kid pointed to it yelling, "mommy, mommy what is that?!"
"Tommy get away!" The mother screamed. This got the attention of 274, turning its attack to the mother. I grimaced but I kept going, if I can get away and warn the others, the woman's sacrifice will be worth it. I then find what I'm looking for and run inside the open room. I close the door and allow myself to catch my breath, in loud gasps I look around the room and find out why it was open. One of the staff must've been cleaning this room when the attack happened, the lady now huddled in a corner shaking and in tears. I went over to her to calm her down, I didn't want her to alert 274 where we were. Once she calmed down the lady looked to me and asked with her voice quivering, "Miss, what is happening, what was that out there?"
"I don't know, but I know that it'll kill you if it sees you. We need to stay in here until it leaves."
"Oh my goodness miss are you okay?" She asked, finally noticing all the blood on my lab coat.
"Yeah I'm fine, it's not mine. Hey, do you have any clothes I can use?"
